摘 要:使用DYS-2500高温高压岩石三轴试验机对掺PVA纤维混凝土和普通混凝土试件进行了单轴压缩和常规三轴压缩试验。研究了普通混凝土和掺PVA纤维混凝土的强度、破坏过程、变形等特性。结果表明,PVA纤维掺量从0增加到3.5 kg/m3时,掺PVA纤维混凝土抗压强度有明显的增加趋势;当PVA纤维掺入量大于3.5 kg/m3时,掺PVA纤维混凝土抗压强度有明显下降趋势;当PVA纤维掺入量达到7.5 kg/m3时,掺PVA纤维混凝土抗压强度低于基准混凝土。
Abstract: Uniaxial compression test and conventional triaxial compression test are performed on PVA-fiber reinforced concrete and ordinary concrete specimens by using a DYS-2500 high-temperature, high-pressure rock triaxial tester. The strength, failure process, deformation and other characteristics of ordinary concrete and PVA fiber reinforced concrete are discussed. The results show that the compressive strength of PVA-fiber-reinforced concrete increases significantly when the PVA fiber content is increased from 0 to 3.5 kg/m3. When the PVA fiber content exceeds 3.5 kg/m3, the PVA fiber concrete is added. The compressive strength has a significant downward trend. When the PVA fiber content reaches 7.5 kg/m3, the compressive strength of the PVA-fiber-reinforced concrete is lower than that of the reference concrete.
