钢纤维和聚合物乳液对水泥混凝土抗冲击与磨耗性能影响及机理分析

摘 要:通过对混凝土试样进行抗冲击与磨耗试验测试,得到了SBR乳液改性水泥混凝土(SBR质量掺量为0~18%)、钢纤维混凝土(钢纤维体积掺量为0~1.2%)和钢纤维聚合物水泥混凝土单位面积磨损量与抗冲击韧性,分析了钢纤维和聚合物乳液对水泥混凝土抗冲击与磨耗性能影响规律及作用机理。研究结果表明,钢纤维和SBR乳液提高了混凝土抗冲击与耐磨性能,且随着掺量增加,作用效果越好;钢纤维和聚合物乳液复掺对改善混凝土抗冲击、磨耗性能优于钢纤维和聚合物乳液单掺。
Abstract: The abrasion weight lose per unit area and impact resistance of concretes were acquired by means of impact and wear test on cement concrete, those tested concretes include SBR latex modified cement concrete (0~18% mass fraction), steel fiber reinforced concrete (0~1.2% volume fraction), steel fiber and SBR latex modified cement concrete. The influence law and the action mechanism of steel fiber and polymer latex on the impact and abrasion resistance of these cement concretes were studied. The results show that the addition of steel fiber and SBR latex are able to improve the impact and abrasion resistance of cement concrete, the effect enhances with increasing the content of steel fiber and SBR latex, and the effects of composite additives are better than that of single additive.
