基于温度应力约束试验的高含氧化镁水泥大坝混凝土抗裂性能综合评价

摘 要:以高含氧化镁水泥和粉煤灰为胶凝材料的大坝混凝土作为研究对象,采用温度应力试验机(TSTM)评价既定温度履历下的抗裂性能。通过对比分析表明,水胶比较低的混凝土具有更好的抗裂性。与采用混凝土的抗拉强度或极限拉应变作为抗裂性能的判据相比,借助TSTM试验所获得的一系列指标进行抗裂性能的评价更为合理准确。
Abstract: An experimental investigation on anti-cracking performance of dam concrete that contains cement with MgO and fly ash is presented by means of temperature stress testing machine (TSTM) test with a specific temperature history. The results indicate that the higher water to binder (w/b) ratio concrete has poorer cracking sensitivity than the lower w/b one. Compared to criteria of anti-cracking performance in terms of tensile strength and/or tensile strain capacity, a criterion based on TSTM test is more reasonable and has higher precision.
