酸性土壤对双掺桩基混凝土耐久性的影响

摘 要:利用双掺技术配制出强度等级为C30、C40的桩基混凝土,并进行特殊环境下的耐久性试验研究。结果表明:在本试验条件下,C40混凝土在20次循环后没有发生破坏,对其脱落物进行XRD分析发现主要侵蚀产物为石膏及钙矾石。因此,要提高桩基的耐久性以及服役寿命必须提高桩基自身的防腐性能,主要措施为优化混凝土配合比、选用粉煤灰、矿粉双掺及碱性组分等。
Abstract: The double admixing technology is used to prepare strength grade of C30,C40 pile foundation concrete, and the durability tests are studied in the special environment. The results show that the C40 concrete has not been destructed after 20 cycles under the conditions of the test. It is found that the main erosion products are gypsum and AFt by the XRD analysis of its exfoliation. In order to improve the durability and service life of pile foundation, its corrosion resistance performance must be improved, and the main measures include the optimization of concrete proportion, the use of fly ash and slag admixture, and the use of alkaline component and so on.
