高温后陶瓷纤维增强混凝土超声检测试验研究

摘 要:研究了高温作用以及不同冷却方式对陶瓷纤维增强混凝土(ceramic fiber reinforced concrete,CFRC)力学性能及超声传导特征的影响。试验结果表明,随着温度的升高,CFRC性能不断劣化,抗压强度、超声波波速总体呈下降趋势;400 ℃之前,其劣化程度较小,且抗压强度在400 ℃时有所回升,400 ℃之后,劣化速率明显增大,结构性能急剧下降;同自然冷却情况相比,喷水冷却后CFRC各项性能指标下降更为严重;超声波波速与剩余抗压强度服从一定的函数关系, 根据试验结果给出了其函数表达式。
Abstract: The effects of high temperature and different cooling modes of the mechanical strength and ultrasonic properties of ceramic fiber reinforced concrete (CFRC) are researched. The results indicate that the properties of CFRC are deteriorated and the compressive strength, longitudinal wave velocity decrease with the rising of temperature. The degree of deterioration of CFRC is relatively lower before 400 ℃, and the compressive strength increases at 400 ℃, however, the rate of deterioration and the structure properties of CFRC sharply decrease above 400 ℃. The properties of specimens cooled by spraying water are worse than that cooled naturally. And based on the results obtained from the text, the functional relationship between the mechanical strength and ultrasonic properties is established by means of data fitting and equation derivation.
