多相复合轻骨料混凝土制备及其性能试验研究

摘 要:利用废弃农作物玉米秸秆、橡胶颗粒、聚苯颗粒及天然浮石作为轻骨料,与水泥等原料复合制备成一种新型多相复合轻骨料混凝土。研究了四种原材料的预处理方法、多相复合轻骨料混凝土的制备工艺及配合比设计,并对混凝土的和易性、力学性能和表观密度等性能进行了测定。结果表明,原材料经预处理后,可与水泥形成良好的界面结合,提高硬化混凝土的性能。多相复合的轻骨料混凝土可实现自然条件下的养护。配比中,当秸秆纤维与聚苯颗粒总掺量≤35%,浮石掺量≥30%时即可保证混凝土获得良好的和易性、一定的强度和较小的表观密度。
Abstract: A new multiphase lightweight aggregates concrete is made of cement, natural pumice, abandoned crop corn straw, rubber particles and polystyrene particles which are made from industrial wastes. The research is focused on the pretreatment method of four kinds of raw materials, the preparation process of composite lightweight concrete and concrete mix design. The performance of concrete such as the workability, mechanical properties and apparent density are tested. The results show that raw materials can form a good interface with the cement after the pretreatment, and the properties of hardened concrete will be improved. The curing of the multiphase lightweight aggregates can be realized under the natural condition. When the amount of the straw fiber and the polystyrene particles is less than 35% and the pumice is more than 30%, the fresh concrete would be had a good workability, a certain strength and smaller apparent density.
