新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体开发及其热工性能研究

摘 要:介绍了一种新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体。该墙体由内、外叶钢筋混凝土板、中间无机保温层以及纤维增强塑料(FRP)连接件组成,具有节能效果显著、抗火性能和耐久性能好、生产与施工效率高等特点,可实现结构与保温同寿命。开展了该新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体的热工性能试验研究,研究表明,墙体的传热系数为0.738W/(m2·k),满足JGJ 134—2001《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的要求。
Abstract:A new type of precast concrete inorganic insulation sandwich panel consisted of internal and external reinforcement concrete layers, insulating layers and FRP connectors is introduced. The panel has the advantages of energy saving, fire resistance and durability, and can realize the same life-span between the insulation and main structure. The thermal performance test of the kind of composite panel is carried out. The results show that heat transfer coefficient of the wall is 0.738W/(m2·k), which can meet the requirements of JGJ 134—2001《Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone》.
