摘 要:以水淬高钛矿渣膨珠为轻骨料,普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,脱硫石膏为激发剂,采用压制成型工艺制备了轻集料砂浆,研究了高钛矿渣膨珠、水泥、脱硫石膏掺量和对轻集料砂浆力学性能和干密度的影响,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)手段对轻质砂浆矿物结构和微观形貌进行了表征。此外,以优选的轻质砂浆为基体,工厂试制了轻质砂浆小型空心砌块。结果表明:轻质砂浆力学性能和干密度随水泥用量增加而升高;随脱硫石膏用量增加,轻集料砂浆抗压强度先增加后降低,干密度变化不大。固定胶凝材料用量18%、脱硫石膏替代水泥20%条件下,所制备轻集料砂浆抗压强度16.0MPa,干密度1789kg/m3,以该轻骨料砂浆为基体材料进行轻集料砂浆小型空心砌块试制,可制备出抗压强度9.6MPa,干密度1223kg/m3,MU7.5的空心砌块。
Abstract: The light-weight mortar is made by using granulated blast titanium slag as aggregate, ordinary portland cement as cementing material, desulfurized gypsum as activator, from press moulding and combined with XRD and SEM, the effect of cement content and activator content on the copressive strength and dry density of light-weight mortar are investigated. On the basis of this, the actual production of concrete hollow block is carried out. The results show that the compressive strength and dry density become stronger as the cement content increases. The change of W/C had a little effect on the dry density of light-weight mortar, the compressive strength increases at first and then decreases when activator increased from 0.5 to 0.8. And the matrix material’s compressive strength is 16.0MPa, dry density is 1789kg/m3, the light-weight mortar small hollow blocks’ compressive strength is 9.6MPa, dry density is 1223kg/m3 and it is feasible to meet the requirements of MU7.5.
