摘 要:在城市土地资源日趋紧张的背景下,既有建筑的加层改造成为扩大使用面积的良好手段,利用隔震技术对加层后建筑进行加固是行之有效的先进技术。本文以某框架结构医院门诊楼轻钢加层工程为例,利用SAP2000,建立了隔震前后的有限元分析模型。通过模态分析与动力时程分析得到结构在设防地震、罕遇地震作用下的地震响应。通过比较和分析,采用隔震方案后,结构的地震响应明显降低,提高了结构的抗震性能。
Abstract: Under the background of the increasingly tight land resources in urban area, the added layers transformation of existing buildings is a good way to expand the area of use, and the use of seismic isolation technology to reinforce the buildings after the addition is an effective and advanced technology. Based on the example of the frame hospital clinic building light steel adding layers project, using SAP2000, the isolation finite element analysis model is established. Through the modal analysis and dynamic time history analysis, the seismic response of structures is obtained under fortified earthquakes and rare earthquakes. By comparison and analysis, the seismic response of the structure is obviously reduced after adopting the isolation scheme, so the seismic performance of the structure is improved.
