摘 要:以石膏矿渣水泥作为胶凝材料、膨胀蛭石作为防火保温填料、配以助剂制得厚型钢结构防火保温涂料,测定其耐火温度、干密度、抗开裂性及抗压强度。试验结果表明,当水泥含量为5.0%,石膏矿渣含量为6.5%,胶粉含量为1.35%,膨胀蛭石含量为15%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚含量为0.2%,硅酸铝纤维含量为1%,平衡温度为380℃,导热系数为0.070W/(m·K),干密度为385kg/m3,抗压强度为0.65MPa时,获得了一种石膏矿渣水泥基厚型钢结构防火保温一体化涂料,工艺简单、成本低,有较好的应用前景。
Abstract: The thick steel structure fireproofing and heat insulation coating is prepared by cementing material ( oulopholite, mineral waste residue and cement), filler (expanded vermiculite ) and assistant, and the refractory temperature, dry density, crack resistance and compressive strength are tested. The result show that when the conditions is 5.0% cement, 6.5% oulopholite and mineral waste residue, 1.35% rubber powder, 15% expanded vermiculite, 0.2% HPMC, 1% alumina silicate fibre, equilibrium temperature of 380℃, thermal conductivity of 0.070W/(m·K), dry density of 385kg/m3, and the compressive strength of 0.65MPa, a thick steel structure fireproofing and heat insulation coating, with simple process, low cost and good application prospect can be prepared.
