摘 要:基于锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁中钢筋与混凝土之间粘结应力退化的现象,结合钢筋锈蚀后材料性能的劣化,对锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力进行了研究。依据材料劣化后梁的截面平衡方程, 引入粘结影响因子得到新的变形协调条件,将锈蚀后粘结力对抗弯承载力及破坏形式的影响划分为四个锈蚀阶段,建立了锈蚀后钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的计算模型,并利用该模型对比验证了已有试验梁的试验数据。结果表明,模型计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明计算模型有良好的工程实用价值 Abstract: Based on the phenomenon of the bonding stress degradation in corrosion reinforced bar concrete beams, combining the material deterioration after steel bar corrosion, the flexural bearing capacity of corrosion reinforced concrete beams is investigated.?Under the introduction of the new bonding deformation compatibility condition, equilibrium equations are utilized to analyze the characteristics of corrosion reinforced concrete beams. The effects of bonding stress on the flexural bearing capacity and damage forms are divided into four stages of corrosion, the calculation model of the flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams are established and the test data of beams are validated using the comparison of the model. The results show that the model agrees well with the experimental results, which is expected that the calculation model has good practical value.

摘 要:介绍了混凝土自保温砌块墙体热工性能判定的两种方法—直接法和间接法。重点阐述了间接法计算外墙传热阻、平均传热系数的方法和过程。并以工程为例,说明了外墙平均传热系数的计算思路和计算方法。 Abstract: Two ways to measure the thermal performance of the wall of concrete self thermal insulation blocks—direct and indirect ways are introduced. The method to calculate the heat transfer resistance and the average transfer coefficient(Km) of the external walls by indirect way is mainly introduced. Taking some projects for examples, the thought and method to calculate average heat transfer coefficient of external walls are further explained.

摘 要:通过正交试验,研究了膨胀珍珠岩与玻化微珠复合骨料、粉煤灰、聚丙烯纤维和引气剂对保温砂浆的物理、力学性能以及保温性能的影响。用膨胀珍珠岩与玻化微珠按适宜比例配合组成复合骨料来制备保温砂浆,可有效改善骨料颗粒级配,降低砂浆的干密度,提高强度。掺加粉煤灰,不仅可降低砂浆的干密度,而且可有效降低成本。在砂浆中掺入聚丙烯纤维可有效提高砂浆的抗折强度。引气剂的掺入可以进一步降低砂浆的干密度,改善其保温性能,同时也可提高砂浆的流动性 Abstract:Through the orthogonal experiments, the influences of expanded perlite and glazed hollow bead composite aggregates, fly ash, polypropylene fiber and air-entraining agent on physical and mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of thermal insulation mortar are studied.The thermal insulation mortar which prepared by expanded perlite and glazed hollow bead according to the appropriate proportion, can effectively improve the aggregate particle gradation, reduce the dry density of mortar, and increase the strength. By adding the fly ash, it not only can reduce the dry density of the mortar, but also can effectively reduce the cost. Adding polypropylene fiber in mortar can effectively improve the flexural strength of mortar. Adding air-entraining agent can further reduce the dry density of mortar, improve the heat preservation performance, and improve the liquidity of mortar.

摘 要:基于韧性在混凝土结构中的重要性,采用三分点加载的方式,探讨了膨胀剂和钢纤维的复合效应对喷射混凝土弯曲韧性的影响规律。结果表明,当钢纤维和膨胀剂的掺量分别为1.2%和8%时,喷射补偿收缩钢纤维混凝土的荷载-挠度曲线最为饱满;弯曲韧度指数和承载能力变化系数均大于理想弹性材料的相应值。 Abstract:Based on the importance of toughness in concrete structure, using the method of three-point loading, the effecting laws of the combined effect of expansive agent and steel fiber on flexural toughness of shotcrete are discussed. The results show that the load-deflection curve of shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete is finest when the steel fiber content is 1.2% and expansive agent content is 8%. 摘  要:利用实验室自制的蛋白类发泡剂,以普通硅酸盐水泥为结合剂,制备了粉煤灰-水泥基泡沫混凝土。探讨了聚乙烯醇纤维不同长度、掺量对表观密度为700~800kg/m3的泡沫混凝土吸水率、抗压抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、收缩率的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯醇纤维可显著增强泡沫混凝土的抗折强度,当纤维长度为12mm、体积率为0.23%时,28d抗折强度增大了43.24%;纤维体积率0.08%时,纤维长度为6mm的泡沫混凝土抗压抗折强度最高。Abstract:TakingordinaryPortlandcementascombineagent,theflyash-cementfoamedconcreteispreparedwithlaboratorymadeproteinfoamingagent.Theeffectsofpolyvinylalcohol(PVA)fiberwithdifferentlengthsandcontentsonthewaterabsorption,compressiveandflexuralstrength,splittingtensilestrengthandshrinkagerateoffoamedconcretewithapparentdensityof700~800kg/m3areinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatPVAfibercansignificantlyenhancetheflexuralstrengthoffoamedconcrete.Whenthevolumerateof12mmfiberis0.23%,theflexuralstrengthat28daysincreases43.24%,andwhenthefibervolumerateis0.08%,thecompressiveandflexuralstrengthof6mmfiberfoamedconcretearethehighest.

摘 要:研究了养护条件、界面处理、旧混凝土表面不同湿态及基材种类等因素对磷酸盐修补材料粘结强度的影响。试验结果表明,养护条件对粘结强度有较大的影响,室温养护下强度高,水养护不利于强度的发展。界面处理对粘结强度有很大的影响,粘结面凿毛有利于提高粘结强度。基材为磷酸盐修补材料的粘结强度要明显高于基材为混凝土的粘结强度。 Abstract:The influence of curing condition, surface treatment, moist on concrete surface and base material on bonding flexure strength of phosphate repairing material are studied. Experimental results show that curing condition has great influence on the bonding flexure strength, under curing in air condition the bonding flexure strength is higher and under water curing condition, bonding flexure strength is lower. Surface treatment has a major influence on the bonding flexure strength, the bonding strength of interface can be increased by cutting hair. The bonding flexure strength of base material with phosphate is higher than that with old concrete, and the difference is markedly significant.
