摘 要:介绍了工程项目中CF60泵送混凝土的生产与应用经验。在如何控制水泥用量、降低混凝土水化热、保证钢纤维均匀分布等方面进行了探索和研究,解决了在较长运距和较高钢纤维掺量情况下,如何控制坍落度,保证混凝土工作性的问题。 Abstract::Production and application experience of CF60 pumping concrete for a project are introduced. The controlling cement amount, decreasing hydration heat of concrete, distribution of steel fibre concrete and other fields are discovered and researched, and the problems of controlling the slump and keeping workability of concrete are solved under the situation in long transport distance and high dosage of steel fibre.

摘 要: 以新建珠江大桥为例,介绍了该桥深水双壁钢围堰施工的关键技术。结合主桥22#和23#桥墩的不同地质条件,采用不同的施工工序,降低了施工难度,保证了施工质量。 Abstract:The key technology of the deep double-wall steel cofferdam construction of new Zhujiang River Bridge is introduced. Combining with the different geological conditions of the main bridge pier 22# and 23#, different construction sequences are used and the difficulties of construction are reduced, which can ensure the construction quality.

摘 要:在现有结构体系的基础上,提出了一种利用结构混凝土保护层制作与其厚度相仿的新型免拆卸水泥复合模板,在施工过程中,作为结构混凝土的一部分,形成永久性模板。介绍了该模板的组成材料、构造及模板质量。并对板底混凝土-免拆卸水泥复合模板体系进行了不同荷载作用的受力分析,结果表明,免拆卸复合水泥模板与试件粘结牢固。 Abstract: Based on current structure system, a new type of cementitious composite material formwork without being removed prepared by configuration concrete cover is put forward for substituting traditional concrete cover. It is regarded as a part of the configuration concrete during the process of construction and to form a permanent formwork. The composing materials, constitution and quality of new formwork without being removed are introduced, and mechanical analysis is made under different loading in the system of concrete of broad bottom and new formwork without being removed. The results show that the interface is hard felted between formwork and configuration concrete.

摘 要:研究了纳米凹土、沸石与聚合物以一定配比复合后对防水砂浆凝结时间、抗压、抗折强度、粘结强度以及抗渗压力的影响。结果表明,单掺沸石8%、10%时,对聚合物防水砂浆的性能改善效果最佳。 Abstract: The influences of nano-attapulgite clay, zeolite and polymer mixed with special proportion on coagulation time, compressive strength, flexural strength, bonding strength and permeability stress of the waterproof mortar are researched. The results show that when zeolite content is 8% and 10%,the properties of polymer waterproof mortar are improved to the optimum effect.

摘 要:通过对玻化微珠保温混凝土轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的测定,分析了棱柱体的破坏特征及应力—应变全曲线,并回归了玻化微珠保温混凝土的轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的关系式和峰值应变公式,为进一步研究玻化微珠保温混凝土以及采用该混凝土进行结构设计提供了理论和参考依据。 Abstract: Through determining the axial compressive strength and cube compressive strength of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete, damage characteristics and stress-strain curves of prism are analyzed, and the relationship between the axial compressive strength of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete and cube compressive strength and the formula of peak stress are returned, which provides the theory and reference for the further study of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete and structural design using this concrete.

摘 要:根据聚丙烯纤维的作用机理,试验研究了不同聚丙烯纤维掺量对C25混凝土拌合物性能、混凝土早期和后期的抗压强度、抗渗性能、劈裂抗拉强度及塑性裂缝的影响。研究表明,聚丙烯纤维具有增稠、显著降低混凝土塑性裂缝作用,适当的掺量能改善混凝土的强度。 Abstract: IBased on mechanism of polypropylene fiber, the effects of different dosages of polypropylene fiber on mixture performance, early and later compressive strength, impermeability, splitting tensile strength and plastic cracks of C25 concrete are studied. The results indicate that polypropylene fiber has the functions of thickening, remarkably reducing plastic cracks and improving strength of concrete by proper dosage.

The engineering applications on hybrid fibers reinforced concrete segment at home and abroad are introduced. From the aspects of design calculation, construction control, economic benefit and so on, the problems and solutions of hybrid fibers reinforced concrete segment are proposed.

The testing results are analyzed, and the main factors of pile capability affecting the weak soil-compacting piles are obtained.

摘 要:针对现有高压蒸养和免高压蒸养两种不同养护工艺生产的PHC管桩,本文开展了PHC管桩的预应力损失试验研究。采用两种不同的测试方法,系统地研究了不同养护工艺的PHC管桩放张、混凝土收缩徐变和钢棒松弛等各阶段的预应力损失,对比分析了养护工艺对PHC管桩预应力损失的影响,为准确计算其极限承载力提供了必要的试验依据,并验证了两种测试方法的准确性和可靠性。 Abstract:For two different existing curing processes of PHC pile production, which are the high-pressure steam curing and the atmospheric steam curing, the experimental research on the prestressed loss of PHC piles is carried out. Through two different testing methods, the prestressed losses of PHC piles by different curing processes during each stage in the production processes, such as pile tension, concrete shrinkage and creep and steel relaxation are systematically researched. In addition, comparative analysis on the impact of different curing processes on the prestressed loss of PHC piles is conducted, which not only provides a necessary experimental basis of calculating the ultimate bearing capacity, but also verifies the accuracy and reliability of these two testing methods.
