水泥基自流平砂浆流动性与保水性的试验研究

摘 要:研究了减水剂、纤维素醚、砂的细度模数、灰砂比及木质纤维对水泥基自流平砂浆流动度经时性和保水性的影响。试验结果表明:减水剂在掺量饱和点附近时,100min流动度经时损失最小,为4mm,保水性则达到89.2%;纤维素醚掺量宜选择0.05%,对应的100min流动度经时损失为6mm,保水性可达97.2%;砂的细度模数在0.9~1.6之间、灰砂比大于1:1.6时,水泥基自流平砂浆有较好的流动性和保水性;木质纤维对水泥基自流平砂浆的流动度经时性和保水性不存在有利影响。
Abstract:The influences of water-reducer、cellulose ether、fineness modulus of sand、 cement-sand ratio and wood fiber on the performance of cementitious self-leveling mortar, the fluidity loss and water preservativeness, are studied by tests. The results show that,when the content of water reducer is nearly to the saturation point,the fluidity loss at 100min can reach the least value of 4mm and the water prpservation rate can reach 89.2%;as the suitable concent of HPMC is 0.05%,the corresponding fluidity loss at 100min is 6mm and the water preservation rate can reach 97.2%; when the fineness modulus of sand is between 0.9 to 1.6 and the cement-sand ratio is above 1:1.6, the cementitious self-leveling mortar will have better fluidity and water preservativeness. Wood fibre have no beneficial effects on the fluidity loss and water preservativeness of cementitious self-leveling mortar.
