摘 要:通过对8根高强钢筋混凝土梁进行抗弯静载试验和疲劳试验,探究了钢筋强度等级、混凝土强度等级及配筋率对高强钢筋混凝土梁疲劳抗弯刚度的影响,分析了疲劳试验过程中高强钢筋混凝土梁挠度的变化规律。试验结果表明,钢筋强度等级对梁的疲劳抗弯刚度影响不明显,配筋率是影响疲劳抗弯刚度的重要因素,提高混凝土、钢筋等级及配筋率可显著提高梁的疲劳抗弯刚度。重复荷载作用200万次后,梁的承载力有所下降,下降幅度小于5%,荷载作用过程中,梁的挠度得到了充分发展。
Abstract: Based on the static and fatigue bending tests of 8 high strength reinforced concrete beams, the influence of the strength grade of steel bar and the ratio of reinforcement on the bending rigidity of the high-strength reinforced concrete beams was studied. The development law of high-strength reinforced concrete beams during the process of fatigue loading was analyzed. The result shows that the steel strength grade has little effect on the flexural stiffness of beams, the ratio of reinforcement is an important factor to affect the bending fatigue stiffness, and increasing the ratio of concrete, steel grade as well as reinforcement ratio can significantly improve the bending stiffness of beam. After the number of the repeated load reaches 2 million times, the bearing capacity of beams drops less than 5%. In the process of loading, the deflection of beams can fully develop.
