摘 要:基于不同的统计方法,研究了聚丙烯纤维掺量、橡胶掺量、橡胶颗粒粒径对混凝土各项指标(28 d强度、脆性、抗裂性能、抗渗性能)的影响。结果表明:当影响各指标的主次因素不一致,显著性不完全相同时,仅采用极差、方差分析法无法确定多指标橡胶纤维混凝土的最优配合比;采用综合平衡法虽然可以得出最优配合比,但该方法主观性强、分析复杂、实施困难;采用层次分析法时,所得结果与综合平衡法一致,且层次分析法相比于综合平衡法具有计算分析简单、结果客观准确等优点;橡胶纤维混凝土的最优配合比为0.9 kg/m3聚丙烯纤维+10%粒径2 mm的橡胶颗粒。
Abstract: Based on different statistical methods, the effects of polypropylene fiber content, rubber content and rubber particle size on the concrete indexes (28 d strength, brittleness, crack resistance and impermeability) were studied. The results show that when the primary and secondary factors affecting each index are not consistent, and the significance is not completely the same, only using range and variance analysis method can not determine the optimal mix proportion of rubber fiber reinforced concrete with multi indexes. Although the comprehensive balance method can be used to obtain the optimal mix proportion, it is subjective, complex and difficult to implement. Compared with the comprehensive balance method, the analytic hierarchy process has the advantages of simple calculation and accurate results. The optimal mix proportion of rubber fiber reinforced concrete is 0.9 kg/m3 polypropylene fiber+10% rubber with particle size of 2 mm.
