研究了镍铁渣粉掺量对镍铁渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料标准稠度用水量、凝结时间的影响,分析了镍铁渣粉-水泥胶砂试件的抗压强度、抗折强度,探讨了镍铁渣粉-硅灰-水泥胶砂试件的力学性能。结果表明:镍铁渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间均与镍铁渣粉掺量呈正相关,而镍铁渣粉-水泥胶砂试件的抗压强度、抗折强度均与镍铁渣粉掺量呈负相关,且镍铁渣粉的掺量不宜大于30%;硅灰能有效改善镍铁渣粉-硅灰-水泥胶砂试件的内部结构,提高其强度,且镍铁渣粉与硅灰的总掺量不宜大于30%,镍铁渣粉和硅灰的质量比不宜小于1。 The effects of the ferronickel slag powder content on the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of ferronickel slag powder-cement composite cementitious material were studied. The compressive strength and flexural strength of ferronickel slag powder-cement mortar specimens were analyzed, and the mechanical properties of ferronickel slag powder-silica fume-cement mortar specimens were discussed. The results show that the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of ferronickel slag powder-cement composite cementitious material are positively correlated with the ferronickel slag powder content, while the compressive strength and flexural strength of ferronickel slag powder-cement mortar specimens are negatively correlated with the ferronickel slag powder content, and the ferronickel slag powder content should not be greater than 30%. Silica fume can effectively improve the internal structure and strength of ferronickel slag powder-silica fume-cement mortar specimen, and the total content of ferronickel slag powder and silica fume should not be greater than 30%, and the mass ratio of ferronickel slag powder to silica fume should not be less than 1.

The effects of the ferronickel slag powder content on the standard consistency water consumption and setting time of ferronickel slag powder-cement composite cementitious material were studied. The compressive strength and flexural strength of ferronickel slag powder-cement mortar specimens were analyzed, and the mechanical properties of ferronickel slag powder-silica fume-cement mortar specimens were discussed. (1)试验所用镍铁渣粉属于高钙镍渣,平均粒径为13.953 μm,主要粒径分布范围为1~100 μm,具有较好的潜在活性,可作为胶凝材料替代部分水泥使用。
(2)镍铁渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量和凝结时间与镍铁渣粉的掺量呈正相关;镍铁渣粉-水泥复合胶凝材料的安定性良好。
(3)随着镍铁渣粉掺量的增加,镍铁渣粉-水泥胶砂的抗压、抗折强度基本呈下降趋势;当镍铁渣粉掺量达到50%时,镍铁渣粉-水泥胶砂的强度不能达到同等级(P·O 42.5级)水泥胶砂的强度要求。考虑镍铁渣粉-水泥胶砂的强度时,镍铁渣粉的掺量不宜大于30%。
(4)考虑镍铁渣粉-硅灰-水泥胶砂的强度时,镍铁渣粉和硅灰的总掺量不宜超过30%,且镍铁渣粉 和硅灰的质量比不宜小于1。
