摘 要:研究了再生细骨料的掺量和颗粒级配对混凝土工作性、力学性能、抗冻性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:再生细骨料的最佳掺量为20%,此时,混凝土的工作性和力学性能较好;采用再生细骨料(Ⅱ区粗砂)等质量替代20%天然砂配制的混凝土工作性、力学性能较优,其28 d抗压强度相比于采用天然砂的基准组提高了9%,且其抗冻性能、耐久性能与采用天然砂配制的混凝土相近。
Abstract: The effects of the content and particle gradation of recycled fine aggregate on the workability, mechanical properties, frost resistance and durability of concrete were studied. The results show that the optimum content of recycled fine aggregate is 20%, and the workability and mechanical properties of concrete are better. The concrete prepared with recycled fine aggregate (coarse sand in zone Ⅱ) instead of 20% natural sand has better workability and mechanical properties, and its 28 d compressive strength is 9% higher than that of the reference group with natural sand, and its frost resistance and durability are similar to those of the concrete prepared with natural sand.
