摘 要:结合短切玻璃纤维的特征,对EN 14649:2005(E)《预制混凝土制品-水泥和混凝土中玻璃纤维残留强力的测试方法(SIC TEST)》(欧标)中长玻璃纤维耐碱性能测试方法进行了改进,研发出了一种适用于短切玻璃纤维耐碱性能的测试方法。采用欧标法及改进欧标法对同一品种的玻璃纤维进行试验,同时进行了平行试验以验证改进欧标法的可靠性。结果表明,对于短切玻璃纤维而言,改进欧标法相较于欧标法具有更好的适用性;两种方法的试验结果具有一致性,说明了改进欧标法具有较强的实用性和可操作性。
Abstract:According to the characteristics of chopped glass fibers, the testing method of alkali resistance of long glass fibers in EN 14649:2005 (E) Precast concrete products-Test method for strength retention of glass fibers in cement and concrete (SIC test) was improved. The glass fibers of the same variety were tested and compared using the Eurocode method and the improved Eurocode method, then the relevant parallel experiments were carried out to verify the reliability of the improved European standard method. The results show that , the improved Eurocode method has better applicability than the Eurocode method for testing alkali resistance of the chopped glass fibers. The experimental results of the two methods are consistent, which indicates that the improved Eurocode method has strong practicability and operability.
