摘 要:以重庆市寨子坪大桥为工程背景,研究了管冷的布置线形、布置间距、入水方向以及入水温度对承台水化热分析的影响。通过研究冷水管的三种布置形状和两种入水方式,同时改变冷水管布置间距、入水水温等参数,得到了冷水管布置形状和入水方式对承台水化热分析的影响规律,并对冷水管布置间距和入水水温提出了建议取值。
Abstract: Taking the Zhaiziping Bridge in Chongqing as the engineering background, the effects of tube cooling layout line, arrangement spacing, inlet water direction and inlet water temperature on the hydration heat analysis of the cap are studied. By studying the three layout shapes of the cold water pipe and the two water inlet modes, and changing the parameters such as the interval of the cold water pipe and the water temperature of the water inlet, the law of influence of the layout line of the cold water pipe and the water inlet mode on the hydration heat analysis of the cap is obtained. Suggested values are proposed for the spacing of the cold water pipes and the temperature of the incoming water.
