摘 要:通过正交试验分析了砂率、粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰掺量对透水混凝土透水系数、28 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,透水混凝土的透水系数随砂率的增大而减小,随着掺合料掺量的增加先增大后减小,透水系数最佳组合为砂率3%、粉煤灰10%、矿粉15%、硅灰5%;透水混凝土的28 d抗压强度随着砂率和粉煤灰掺量的增加先增大后减小,随着矿粉和硅灰掺量的增加而逐渐增大,抗压强度最佳组合为砂率9%、粉煤灰15%、矿粉20%、硅灰6%。
Abstract: The effects of sand ratio, fly ash, mineral powder and silica fume on permeability coefficient and 28 d compressive strength of pervious concrete were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results show that the permeability coefficient of pervious concrete decreases with the increase of sand ratio, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of admixture content. The optimum combination of permeability coefficient is sand ratio 3%, fly ash 10%, mineral powder 15% and silica fume 5%. The 28 d compressive strength of pervious concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of sand ratio and fly ash content, and gradually increases with the increase of mineral powder and silica fume content. The optimal combination of compressive strength is sand ratio 9%, fly ash 15%, mineral powder 20%, and silica fume 6%.
