摘 要:研究了-5 ℃环境条件下,不同掺量的碳酸锂单掺及与硝酸钠复掺对风电灌浆料的流动度、5 h抗压强度和收缩率的影响,并采用HEA膨胀剂进行性能优化。结果表明:碳酸锂的掺入会降低灌浆料的流动度,且随着掺量的增加,流动度的降低幅度增加,硝酸钠对灌浆料流动度的影响相对较小;碳酸锂与硝酸钠复掺能显著提高灌浆料的5 h抗压强度;相较于碳酸锂单掺,碳酸锂与硝酸钠复掺显著提高了水化产物的生成速率,但早期强度发展过快会使灌浆料的收缩较大;当HEA膨胀剂掺量为0.6%~0.8%时,灌浆料具有较好的流动性、抗压强度及微膨胀特性。
Abstract: The effects of different contents of lithium carbonate and its combination with sodium nitrate on the flowability, 5 h compressive strength, and shrinkage of wind power grouting materials under -5 ℃ environmental conditions were studied, and the performance was optimized by using HEA expansion agent. The results show that the addition of lithium carbonate can reduce the flowability of the grouting material, and the decrease in flowability increases with the increase of the content, while the effect of sodium nitrate on the flowability of the grouting material is relatively small. The combination of lithium carbonate and sodium nitrate can significantly improve the 5 h compressive strength of the grouting material. Compared to the alone addition of lithium carbonate, the combination of lithium carbonate and sodium nitrate significantly increases the generation rate of hydration products, but the rapid development of early strength will cause significant shrinkage of the grouting material. When the content of HEA expansion agent is 0.6%~0.8%, the grouting material has good flowability, compressive strength, and slight expansion characteristics.
