摘 要:通过SEM、XRD、激光粒度分析等测试方法,分析了花岗岩石粉的性能,并研究了花岗岩石粉对水泥水化热的影响及其与减水剂的适应性。结果表明:花岗岩石粉的主要化学成分为SiO2和Al2O3,主要矿物组成为石英、钠长石和微斜长石,无定形物质含量较少,粒径多分布在20~150 μm之间;单掺花岗岩石粉会降低水泥净浆的水化热;复掺适量花岗岩石粉与粉煤灰可促进水泥早期(12 h、1 d)水化;花岗岩石粉与聚羧酸减水剂的适应性良好。
Abstract: The properties of granite powder were analyzed by SEM, XRD, laser particle size analysis and other testing methods, and the effects of granite powder on the heat of hydration of cement and its adaptability to water reducing agent were studied. The results show that the main chemical compositions of granite powder are SiO2 and Al2O3, the main mineral compositions are quartz, sodium feldspar and microplagioclase feldspar, the content of amorphous material is small, and the particle size is mostly distributed in the range of 20~150 μm. Single addition of granite powder reduces the heat of hydration of the cement paste. Mixing appropriate content of granite powder and fly ash can promote the hydration of the cement in the early stage(12 h, 1 d). The adaptability of granite powder and polycarboxylate superplasticizer is good.
