摘 要:研究了玄武岩纤维(BF)的形状(短切、束状)、制备方法(湿拌法、半干拌法和干拌法)对混凝土坍落度、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:两种BF的掺入均降低了混凝土的坍落度,且短切BF的降低效果更显著;在不同的制备方法下,束状BF的掺入均能提高混凝土的抗压和劈裂抗拉强度;短切BF混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度仅在采用半干拌法时与对照组持平,在采用湿拌法和干拌法时,短切BF混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均低于对照组。
Abstract: The effects of basalt fiber (BF) shapes (chopped, bundled), preparation methods (wet mixing, semi-dry mixing, dry mixing) on the slump, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete were investigated. The results show that the incorporation of both kinds of BF reduces the slump of concrete, and the reduction effect of chopped BF is more significant. The incorporation of bundled BF improves the compressive and splitting tensile strength of concrete under different preparation methods. The splitting tensile strength of chopped BF reinforced concrete is only equal to that of the control group when concrete is prepared by semi-dry mixing method, and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of chopped BF reinforced concrete are lower than those of the control group when concrete is prepared by wet mixing method or dry mixing method.
