摘 要:制备了适用于高低温环境的混凝土有机-无机复合抗裂养护剂(OICCA养护剂),研究了其对混凝土保水性能、力学性能及耐久性能的影响,并与两种市售养护剂(E-201、TSD)进行了对比,分析了其作用机理。结果表明:在40 ℃高温和-8 ℃低温环境下,与未涂覆养护剂的空白组相比,涂覆OICCA养护剂试件的抗裂性能显著提高;涂覆养护剂有效提高了混凝土的保水性能、力学性能及耐久性能;与E-201、TSD养护剂相比,OICCA养护剂的养护效果总体上相对较好;OICCA养护剂中的有机组分能使其成膜效果较好,无机组分能与水泥水化产物反应生成结晶物质密实孔隙,二者协同作用提升了混凝土的性能。
A concrete organic-inorganic composite anti-cracking curing agent(OICCA curing agent) suitable for high and low temperature environments was prepared. Its effects on the water retention, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete were studied, and compared with two commercially available curing agents(E-201, TSD) to analyze their mechanisms of action. The results show that under high temperature of 40 ℃ and low temperature of -8 ℃, compared with the blank group without coating curing agent, the crack resistance of OICCA curing agent coated specimens is significantly improved. The application of curing agents effectively improves the water retention, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete. Compared with E-201 and TSD curing agents, OICCA curing agent has a relatively better overall curing effect. The organic components in OICCA curing agent can achieve better film-forming effect, while the inorganic components can react with cement hydration products to form crystalline substances and compact pores. The synergistic effect of the two enhances the performance of concrete.
