摘 要:为了解决边坡施工和水库除险加固过程中的漏浆、塌孔等问题,研究了速凝剂、早强剂、膨胀剂、减水剂复掺对水泥基灌浆料的工作性和强度的影响。结果表明:速凝剂和减水剂掺量是影响灌浆料凝结时间的主要因素,推荐速凝剂掺量为1.5%,减水剂掺量为4.0%~5.0%;速凝剂和早强剂掺量对灌浆料流动性的影响比较显著,推荐速凝剂掺量为1.0%~1.5%,早强剂掺量为3.5%~4.0%;减水剂和膨胀剂掺量对灌浆料28 d抗压强度的影响比较显著,推荐减水剂掺量为3.0%,膨胀剂掺量可取4.0%。
Abstract: In order to solve the problems of grout leakage and hole collapse during slope construction and reservoir reinforcement, the effects of accelerator, early strength agent, expansion agent, and water reducing agent on the workability and strength of cement-based grouting materials were studied. The results show that the content of accelerator and water reducing agent are the main factors affecting the setting time of grouting materials. The recommended content of accelerator and water reducing agent is 1.5% and 4.0%~5.0%. The effects of the content of accelerator and early strength agent on the fluidity of grouting materials are significant. It is recommended that the content of accelerator is 1.0%~1.5%, and the content of early strength agent is 3.5%~4.0%. The content of water reducing agent and expansion agent has significant influence on the 28 d compressive strength of grouting materials. The recommended content of water reducing agent is 3.0%, and the content of expansion agent is 4.0%.
