摘   要:为提高盾构隧道施工的自动化作业水平和工程质量,进一步推动管片生产技术的发展,基于“盾构隧道快速连接件及其应用体系研究” 项目,研发了预制混凝土衬砌管片用纵向、环向快速连接件及专用管片生产工艺,可为新型盾构隧道结构设计和工程应用提供技术支撑。 Abstract: In order to improve the automatic operation level and engineering quality of shield tunnel construction and further promote the development of segment production technology, based on the project of Research on shield tunnel quick connector and its application system, the production technologies of fast longitudinal and circumferential connectors for precast concrete lining segments and special segments are developed in order to provide a technical support for the structural design and engineering application of new shield tunnel.

摘   要:以PHC管桩拆头尾板生产工艺为研究对象,通过自主创新设计,开发了自动拆头尾板设备,实现了拆头尾板工序螺栓拆卸过程的自动化,并通过工艺流程优化和生产线整体规划设计,在减少作业人员的同时,提高了生产线产能,实际应用效果较好。 Abstract: Taking the removing head and tail plate process in PHC piles production line as the research object, through independent innovation design, the automatic head and tail plate removing machine is developed to realize the full automatic and intelligent process bolts disassembly process. By the production line process optimization and overall planning, the productivity of the line is improved and the labor workers number is reduced, which approves the  application effect is good.

摘   要:为研究预制混凝土柱(PC柱)在爆炸荷载作用下的抗爆性能,制作了5根缩尺比例为1∶2.5的PC柱,进行了不同参数下的室内接触爆炸试验。通过收集的PC柱损伤尺寸数据,分析了炸药当量、起爆点位置等参数对套筒灌浆PC柱抗爆性能的影响,并采用CONWEP软件对自由场超压进行了对比分析。结果表明:在接触爆炸作用下,PC柱仅发生局部破坏;PC柱的损伤尺寸随着炸药当量的提高而增大;与PC柱柱中起爆相比,柱端起爆试件的损伤面积明显较小。 Abstract: To obtain the blast performance of precast concrete(PC) columns with grouting sleeve connections, five PC columns with reduced scale of 1∶2.5 against contact detonation were conducted in a blast testing vessel, in which the effects of explosive equivalent and detonation position on blast damage were studied. CONWEP software was used to analyze the free field overpressure. The results show that PC column is only damaged locally in terms of the whole damaged area under contact explosion. By comparing the damage of PC columns with different explosive equivalent, it is found that the damage size of the column increases gradually with the increase of explosive equivalent. Moreover, the damage area of the test piece detonated at the end of the column is significantly smaller than that of the test piece whose initiation point is located in the column.
