摘   要:研究了水灰比对密度等级为300级和500级泡沫混凝土抗压强度、导热系数和孔隙率的影响。结果表明:泡沫混凝土的密度等级不同,水灰比对其性能的影响存在差异;在水灰比为0.25时,300密度等级泡沫混凝土的抗压强度达到最大,为1.13 MPa,保温性能相对较优;随着水灰比的增加,500密度等级泡沫混凝土的导热系数不断增大,抗压强度和孔隙率不断减小,在水灰比为0.35时,其强度和保温性能达到最优;泡沫混凝土的孔隙率与抗压强度、导热系数之间存在良好的相关性。 Abstract: The effects of water-cement ratio on the compressive strength, thermal conductivity and porosity of foamed concrete with density grades of 300 and 500 were studied. The results show that the influence of water-cement ratio on the properties of foamed concrete is different due to the different density grades. When the water-cement ratio is 0.25, the compressive strength of foamed concrete with density grade of 300 reaches the maximum, which is 1.13 MPa, and the thermal insulation performance is relatively good. With the increase of water-cement ratio, the thermal conductivity of foamed concrete with density grade of 500 increases continuously, and the compressive strength and porosity decrease continuously, and when the water-cement ratio is 0.35, its strength and thermal insulation performance reach the optimum. There is a good correlation between the porosity of foamed concrete and the compressive strength and thermal conductivity.

摘   要:采用锂瓷石尾矿等质量替代0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的天然砂制备了蒸压加气混凝土,研究了锂瓷石尾矿的湿磨时间和替代率以及蒸压养护制度对蒸压加气混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:未湿磨时,锂瓷石尾矿替代率为60%试件的抗压强度与表观密度比(σ/ρ)较对照组降低了19.1%,制备出的产品不合格;锂瓷石尾矿的最佳湿磨时间宜控制在20~30 min;锂瓷石尾矿越细,制备出的蒸压加气混凝土的σ/ρ值越大;在锂瓷石尾矿替代率为60%的情况下,与未湿磨相比,湿磨30 min时试件的σ/ρ值从0.13增至0.67;随着恒压时间的增加,σ/ρ值增大,恒压时间宜控制在6~8 h。工业化实际生产表明,当锂瓷石尾矿的湿磨时间为30 min、替代率为60%时,可制备出A3.5强度等级、B06密度等级的合格产品,且产品的放射性、浸出毒性等安全性指标合格。 Abstract: The autoclaved aerated concrete was prepared by replacing 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% natural sand with lithium porcelain stone tailings, and the influence of wet grinding time and replacement rate of lithium porcelain stone tailings and autoclave curing method on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete was studied. The results show that when the replacement rate of non wet grinding lithium porcelain stone tailings is 60%, the ratio of compressive strength to apparent density(σ/ρ) of the specimen is decreased by 19.1% compared with the control group, and the prepared product is unqualified. The optimum wet grinding time of lithium porcelain stone tailings should be controlled within 20~30 minutes. The finer the lithium porcelain stone tailings is, the larger the σ/ρ value is. When the replacement rate of lithium porcelain stone tailings is 60%, the σ/ρ value of the specimen after wet grinding for 30 min increases from 0.13 to 0.67 compared with the specimen without wet grinding. With the increase of constant pressure time, the σ/ρ value increases, the constant pressure time should be controlled within 6~8 h. The practical industrial production shows that when the wet grinding time of lithium porcelain stone tailings is 30 min and the replacement rate is 60%, qualified products with A3.5 strength grade and B06 density grade can be prepared, and the safety indexes such as radioactivity and leaching toxicity of the products are qualified.
