摘   要:以水泥、粉煤灰和石灰石粉为胶凝材料,制备了一种低温升主塔大体积混凝土,研究了石灰石粉掺量(5%、10%、15%)对砂浆流变性能和混凝土绝热温升、干燥收缩性能、力学性能、抗渗性能的影响,采用SEM观察了水化产物的微观形貌,并与水泥-粉煤灰-矿渣粉胶凝体系(对照组)进行了对比。结果表明:与对照组相比,掺入石灰石粉可以降低砂浆的塑性黏度和屈服应力,延缓胶凝材料的水化进程,降低混凝土的绝热温升;石灰石粉的掺量越大,抑制混凝土干燥收缩的作用越显著;随着石灰石粉掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度下降,但掺5%石灰石粉混凝土的抗压强度较对照组高;与对照组相比,掺石灰石粉混凝土的抗渗性能较好,掺5%石灰石粉混凝土的抗渗性能最好。 Abstract: Taking cement, fly ash and limestone powder as cementitious materials, the mass concrete with low temperature rise for main tower was prepared. The effects of limestone powder content(5%, 10%, 15%) on the rheological properties of mortar, adiabatic temperature rise, drying shrinkage, mechanical properties and impermeability of concrete were studied, and the microscopic morphology of hydration products was observed by SEM. The results were compared with those of cement-fly ash-slag powder cementitious system (control group). The results show that compared with the control group, adding limestone powder can reduce the plastic viscosity and yield stress of mortar, delay the hydration process of cementitious materials, and reduce the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete. The greater the content of limestone powder, the more significant the effect of inhibiting the drying shrinkage of concrete. With the increase of limestone powder content, the compressive strength of concrete decreases, but the compressive strength of concrete mixed with 5% limestone powder is higher than that of control group. Compared with the control group, the impermeability of concrete mixed with limestone powder is better, and the impermeability of concrete mixed with 5% limestone powder is the best.

摘   要:基于蒙特卡罗方法,采用FLUKA软件建立了中子源散射球壳和质子源入射水靶球壳数值模型,分析了不同厚度钢渣混凝土对不同能量等级和不同屏蔽角度中子射线的屏蔽能力,并与普通混凝土进行了对比。结果表明:随着屏蔽厚度的增加,混凝土对中子射线的屏蔽能力不断提升;混凝土对慢中子射线和中能中子射线的屏蔽效果优于快中子射线;钢渣混凝土对中子射线的屏蔽效果优于普通混凝土;屏蔽角度越大,使关注点剂量当量率满足规范要求的混凝土屏蔽厚度越小;用钢渣混凝土取代普通混凝土可显著减小材料的屏蔽厚度。 Abstract: The numerical models of neutron source scattering spherical shell and proton source incident water target spherical shell were established by FLUKA software based on Monte Carlo method. The shielding ability of steel slag concrete with different thickness to different energy neutron rays was analyzed and compared with ordinary concrete. The results show that with the increase of shielding thickness, the shielding ability of concrete on neutron rays is improved continuously. The shielding effect of concrete on slow neutron rays and intermediate neutron rays is better than that of fast neutron rays. The shielding effect of steel slag concrete is better than that of ordinary concrete. The larger the shielding angle, the smaller the concrete shielding thickness that makes the dose equivalent rate of the point of concern meet the specification requirements. Using steel slag concrete can significantly reduce the shielding thickness instead of ordinary concrete.

摘   要:采用再生微粉和工业废渣固化淤泥,研究了固化材料的类型(工业废渣基固化材料A、工业废渣-再生微粉基固化材料B)和掺量(5%、10%、15%、20%)、淤泥含水率(17%、45%、70%)对固化淤泥力学性能的影响,并进行了XRD和SEM分析,探讨了固化机理。结果表明:固化材料B的抗压强度比固化材料A的抗压强度低;固化材料B固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度比固化材料A固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度低;随着固化材料掺量的增加,固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度增大;随着淤泥含水率的增加,固化淤泥的无侧限抗压强度降低;综合考虑经济性、节能环保和固化淤泥的力学性能,推荐采用固化材料B作为淤泥的固化材料。 Abstract: The effects of the types(industrial waste slag based solidified material A, industrial waste slag-recycled micropowder based solidified material B) and contents(5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) of solidified materials and the moisture content of the sludge (17%, 45%, 70%) on the mechanical properties of the solidified sludge were studied. The solidified mechanism was discussed by XRD and SEM analysis. The results show that the compressive strength of solidified material B is lower than that of solidified material A. The unconfined compressive strength of sludge solidified by solidified material B is lower than that of sludge solidified by solidified material A. The unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge increases with the increase of the content of solidified material. With the increase of moisture content of sludge, the unconfined compressive strength of solidified sludge decreases. Considering the economy, energy conservation and environmental protection and the mechanical properties of solidified sludge, solidified material B is recommended as the solidified material of sludge.

选择不同灌浆料制作了标准试件和模拟孔道PVC管试件,根据DB32/T 3754—2020《装配整体式混凝土结构检测技术规程》的要求,基于标准试件的抗压强度和模拟孔道PVC管试件的表面硬度建立了灌浆料测强曲线,分析了测强曲线对灌浆料龄期和抗压强度的适用性。结果表明:在灌浆料龄期≥14 d或抗压强度≥60 MPa的情况下,采用DB32/T 3754—2020中的方法建立的灌浆料测强曲线的适用性更强,可为实际工程中不同灌浆料实体抗压强度检测时间的选取提供参考。 Different sleeve grouting materials were selected to make standard test pieces and PVC pipe test pieces with simulated channels. According to the requirements of DB32/T 3754—2020 Technical Specification for Inspection of Monolithic Precast Concrete Structure, the strength curve of the grouting material was established based on the compressive strength of standard test pieces and the surface hardness of PVC pipe test pieces with simulated channels, and the applicability of the strength curve to the age and compressive strength was analyzed. The results show that when the age of grouting material is ≥14 days or the compressive strength of grouting material is ≥60 MPa, the strength test curve of grouting material established by the method in DB32/T 3754—2020 is more applicable, which can provide a reference for the selection of the testing time of the solid compressive strength of different grouting materials in practical projects.

摘   要:基于项目的绿色快速建造需求,提出了一种适用于高层工业厂房的免模、免支撑装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构体系(由带牛腿的预制混凝土柱、现浇剪力墙、带牛腿或挑耳的预制叠合梁和预应力空心板构成的体系)。工程应用效果表明:通过在预应力空心板板顶设置后浇叠合层、布置单层双向钢筋,有效提高了楼盖整体性;通过在预应力空心板板端上部开槽,端部布置钢筋桁架或钢筋网,端部浇筑密实,避免了预应力空心板在极端工况下脱落。同时,有限元分析结果表明:通过上述构造措施还可提高楼盖的整体性和抗震性。 Abstract: Based on the green and rapid construction requirements of the project, a temlate-free and support-free assembly monolithic frame-cast-in-place shear wall structure system is proposed suited for high-level factories. The structure system consists of prefabricated columns with corbels, cast-in-place shear walls, laminated beams with corbels or pick ears, and prestressed hollow-core slabs. The engineering application effect shows that laying out the cast-in-place laminated layer and single-layer two-way reinforcements on the top of the hollow-core slab can improve the floor integrity. Sloting at the upper end of the hollow-core slab and placing reinforcements truss or mesh and then pouring concrete densely,can effectively prevent the hollow-core slab falling off. The finite element analysis results show that through these structural measures above can improve the integrity and seismic resistance of the floor.

摘   要:为研究倒L型钢混凝土梁的受力性能,结合相关试验研究,采用 ABAQUS有限元软件对5个试件作了建模分析,研究了混凝土强度、箍筋间距、纵筋配筋率、型钢型号、型钢与混凝土粘结滑移建模方法等对倒L形梁抗扭性能的影响。结果表明:混凝土强度等级对试件的极限承载力影响较大,但对试件延性和耗能能力的影响较小;纵筋配筋率对试件抗扭能力几乎没有影响;减小箍筋间距、提高型钢型号可以提升试件的延性和承载力;型钢-混凝土界面采用内聚力模型较摩擦接触模型的精度更高,但是计算成本相对较大,参数获取复杂。 Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of inverted L-shaped steel reinforced concrete beams, based on the experiments research of five inverted L-shaped steel reinforced concrete beams, the ABAQUS software was used to model and analyze the five specimens. The effects of concrete strength, stirrup spacing, longitudinal reinforcement ratio, section steel type, and modeling method of bond slip between section steel and concrete on the torsional behavior of inverted L-shaped beams are analyzed. The results show that the strength grade of concrete has a great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen, but has a small impact on the ductility and energy consumption capacity of the specimen. The ratio of longitudinal reinforcement has little effect on the torsion resistance of the specimen. The ductility and bearing capacity of the specimen can be improved by reducing the number of stirrups and increasing the type of section steel. The cohesion model adopted for the steel-concrete interface is more accurate than the friction contact model, but the calculation cost is large and the parameter acquisition is complex.

摘   要:以石墨和碳纤维为导电相材料,研究了石墨掺量(2%、4%)和养护方式(标准养护、直接电养护)对混凝土抗压强度和微观结构的影响,分析了直接电养护时间与试件内部温度和电阻率之间的关系。结果表明:掺入适量导电相材料可以改善混凝土的力学性能,提高混凝土的导电性能;直接电养护可以提高混凝土的内部温度,促进水化反应进程,提高混凝土的抗压强度,且对早期抗压强度的提高效果更大;随着直接电养护时间的增加,混凝土的电阻率不断增大,导电性能降低;直接电养护可以有效减小混凝土中凝胶孔的孔径,改善混凝土的孔结构。 Abstract: Using graphite and carbon fiber as conductive phase materials, the effects of graphite content (2%, 4%) and curing methods (standard curing, direct electric curing) on the compressive strength and microstructure of concrete were studied, and the relationship between the direct electric curing time and the internal temperature and resistivity of the specimen was analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of concrete can be improved by adding proper content of conductive phase materials. Direct electric curing can increase the internal temperature of concrete, thus promoting the hydration reaction process, improving the compressive strength of concrete, and has a greater improvement effect on the early compressive strength. With the increase of direct electric curing time, the resistivity of concrete increases continuously and the electrical conductivity decreases. Direct electric curing can effectively reduce the pore size of gel pores in concrete and improve the pore structure of concrete.

摘   要:介绍了秸秆的预处理方式,总结了秸秆纤维混凝土的力学、热工、耐久和抗冲击性能的研究现状,指出了秸秆纤维混凝土在实际应用中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,最后对秸秆纤维混凝土在我国建筑材料领域的发展前景进行了展望。 Abstract: The pretreatment methods of straw are introduced, and the research status of the mechanical properties, thermal properties, durability and impact resistance of straw fiber concrete is summarized. The problems existing in the practical application of straw fiber concrete are pointed out, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Finally, the development prospects of straw fiber concrete in the field of building materials in China are prospected.
