摘   要:分析了电厂燃煤炉渣的基本性能,设计了一种炉渣吸水率快速测试方法,研究了炉渣等体积替代部分河砂对不掺和掺机制砂预拌砂浆工作性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:炉渣具有质轻、多孔、吸水率高的特点,其中粒径在0.60 mm以下的颗粒占比在60%左右;用粒径为0~4.75 mm的烘干炉渣等体积替代10%、20%的河砂,会导致不掺机制砂的M10预拌砂浆的稠度和强度降低;用粒径为0~4.75 mm的饱和面干状态的炉渣等体积替代20%、40%的河砂,同时掺入适量砂浆改性剂和调节剂,可制备出性能要求满足M10的掺机制砂预拌砂浆,但其稠度仍明显低于未掺炉渣组的稠度;用粒径为0~0.60 mm的炉渣等体积替代38%、76%的同粒径河砂,同时掺入适量附加水、减水剂、砂浆改性剂和调节剂,可制备出性能要求满足M7.5、M10和M15的掺机制砂预拌砂浆,且其稠度较大,强度较高,其中,附加水量按炉渣质量乘以炉渣1 h吸水率的60%~70%计算;掺入适量激发剂可提高炉渣细粒料(粒径0~0.60 mm)的活性。 Abstract: The basic properties of coal-fired slag were analyzed, and a rapid testing method for water absorption rate of coal-fired slag was designed, and the effects of replacing part of river sand with coal-fired slag on the workability and mechanical properties of ready-mixed mortar without and with machine-made sand were studied. The results show that the coal-fired slag is lightweight, porous, and has a high water absorption rate, and the proportion of particles with the particle size below 0.60 mm is about 60%. Replacing 10% and 20% of river sand with the drying coal-fired slag with the particle size of 0~4.75 mm can lead to a decrease in the consistency and strength of M10 ready-mixed mortar without machine-made sand. Replacing 20% and 40% of river sand with coal-fired slag in a saturated surface dry state with the particle size of 0~4.75 mm, and adding an appropriate content of mortar modifier and regulator, the ready-mixed mortar with machine-made sand that meets the performance requirements of M10 can be prepared, but its consistency is still significantly lower than that of the group without coal-fired slag. Replacing 38% and 76% of the same particle size river sand with coal-fired slag with the particle size of 0~0.60 mm, and adding an appropriate content of additional water, water reducing agent, mortar modifier and regulator, the ready-mixed mortar with machine-made sand that meets the performance requirements of M7.5, M10 and M15 can be prepared, and the consistency and strength are high. Among which, the additional water content can be calculated by multiplying the coal-fired slag mass by 60%~70% of the 1 h water absorption rate of coal-fired slag. Adding an appropriate content of activator can improve the activity of fine-grained coal-fired slag with particle size of 0~0.60 mm.

摘   要:以建筑垃圾为主要原材料制备了建筑垃圾再生砖,研究了CO2矿化养护时间(2、6、12、24 h)和CO2浓度(20%、30%、50%)对建筑垃圾再生砖抗压强度和固碳率的影响。结果表明:随着CO2矿化养护时间的增加,试件的抗压强度和固碳率增大;随着CO2浓度的增加,试件的抗压强度在CO2矿化养护6 h内呈增大趋势,在CO2矿化养护12 h后呈先增大后减小的趋势;试件的固碳率随着CO2浓度的增加而增大;综合考虑成本、抗压强度和固碳率,推荐CO2矿化养护时间为12 h,CO2浓度为20%。 Abstract: Using construction wastes as the main raw materials, the construction waste recycled bricks were prepared. The effects of CO2 mineral curing time (2, 6, 12, 24 h) and CO2 concentration (20%, 30%, 50%) on the compressive strength and carbon sequestration rate of construction waste recycled bricks were studied. The results show that as the CO2 mineral curing time increases, the compressive strength and carbon sequestration rate of the specimens increase. With the increase of CO2 concentration, the compressive strength of the specimen shows an increasing trend within 6 hours of CO2 mineral curing, and a first increasing and then decreasing trend after 12 hours of CO2 mineral curing. The carbon sequestration rate of the specimen increases with the increase of CO2 concentration. Taking into account cost, compressive strength, and carbon sequestration rate, it is recommended that the CO2 mineral curing time is 12 hours and the CO2 concentration is 20%.

摘   要:为了提高铝土尾矿泥(以下简称尾泥)的资源化利用率,根据含水量对广西某岩溶洼地型排泥库的尾泥状态进行了分类,研究了不同状态尾泥对W4密度等级泡沫混凝土工作性、力学性能、体积吸水率和孔结构的影响,并进行了微观分析。结果表明:尾泥状态大致分为可塑态、软塑态、流塑态和高流塑态;采用软塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土性能不满足相关标准要求;采用流塑态和高流塑态尾泥制备的泡沫混凝土性能基本一致,且满足相关标准要求。 Abstract: In order to improve the resource utilization rate of alumina tailings mud, the alumina tailings mud of a mud dump in a karst depression in Guangxi was classified based on the moisture content. The effects of alumina tailings mud in different states on workability, mechanical properties, volume water absorption rate and pore structure of W4 density grade foamed concrete were studied, and the microscopic analysis was carried out. The results show that the alumina tailings mud can be roughly divided into plastic state, soft plastic state, flow plastic state and high flow plastic state. The performance of foamed concrete prepared with soft plastic alumina tailings mud does not meet the requirements of relevant standards. The performance of foamed concrete prepared with flow plastic and high flow plastic alumina tailings mud is basically the same, and meets the requirements of relevant standards.

摘   要:为了提高水泥基材料的抗碳酸腐蚀性能,通过碳酸腐蚀前后砂浆的外观、质量、抗压强度和腐蚀深度的变化,研究了粉煤灰和硅灰的掺量、掺入方式(单掺、复掺)对砂浆抗碳酸腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:单掺时,粉煤灰和硅灰的最佳掺量分别为15%、5%;复掺时,当m粉煤灰∶m硅灰=7∶3时,砂浆的抗碳酸腐蚀性能最佳,且优于单掺粉煤灰或硅灰砂浆的性能。 Abstract: In order to improve the carbonic acid corrosion resistance of cement-based materials, the effects of the contents and addition methods(single addition or compound addition) of fly ash and silica fume on the carbonic acid corrosion resistance of mortar were studied by examining the changes in appearance, mass, compressive strength, and corrosion depth of mortar before and after carbonic acid corrosion. The results show that the optimal content of fly ash and silica fume is 15% and 5% respectively when added alone. When mixed, the mortar has the best carbonic acid corrosion resistance when mfly ash∶msilica fume is 7∶3, and which is superior to the performance of the mortar when only fly ash or silica fume is added.

摘   要:通过对套筒灌浆连接用灌浆料九种不同龄期(1、2、3、4、5、7、14、21、28 d)试件进行抗压强度试验,得到了灌浆料强度与龄期之间的关系,建立了灌浆料强度的预测增长曲线。结合GT16、GT18、GT20三种规格的套筒灌浆连接用灌浆料强度预测增长曲线,研究了套筒灌浆连接接头抗拉强度与灌浆料强度之间的关系,得到了GT16、GT18、GT20三种规格的套筒灌浆连接接头满足抗拉强度条件下的灌浆料最小抗压强度值。可为相关工程套筒灌浆连接用灌浆料强度偏低的质量缺陷处理提供参考。 Abstract: The compressive strength of the grouted specimens in the sleeve grouted joints at different ages (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 d) was tested, the relationship between grout strength and age was obtained, and the predicted growth curve of grout strength was established. The relationship between the tensile strength of sleeve grouting joint and the strength of grouting material was studied by combining the predicted growth curve of the strength of grouting material in the sleeve grouting joint of GT16, GT18 and GT20, three specifications of sleeve grouting joints meeting the tensile strength of the minimum compressive strength of grouting materials (the strength threshold of grouting materials) was analyzed. The research results provide a basis for the treatment of the quality defect of low strength grouting material for sleeve grouting connection joints in related engineering.

摘   要:研究了玄武岩纤维掺量、橡胶颗粒掺量、水灰比对机场道面混凝土力学及耐久性能的影响,采用功效系数法评价了玄武岩纤维-橡胶机场道面混凝土的综合性能,确定了最佳配合比。结果表明:机场道面混凝土的最佳配合比为玄武岩纤维掺量0.3%、橡胶颗粒掺量10%、水灰比0.32,此时,试件的抗压强度、抗折强度、300次冻融循环后的相对动弹性模量较对照组分别提高了27.5%、19.6%、11.1%,6 h电通量和300次冻融循环后的质量损失率分别降低了33.8%、72.2%。 Abstract: The effects of basalt fiber content, rubber particle content and water-cement ratio on the mechanical properties and durability of airport pavement concrete were studied. The comprehensive performance of basalt fiber-rubber airport pavement concrete was evaluated by using the efficacy coefficient method, and the optimal mix proportion was determined. The results show that the optimal mix proportion for airport pavement concrete is basalt fiber content of 0.3%, rubber particle content of 10%, and water-cement ratio of 0.32. Under the condition, the compressive strength, flexural strength and relative dynamic elastic modulus after 300 freeze-thaw cycles of the specimens are increased by 27.5%, 19.6% and 11.1% compared to the control group, respectively, and the 6 h electrical flux and mass loss rate after 300 freeze-thaw cycles are decreased by 33.8% and 72.2%, respectively.

摘   要:研究了矿渣粉掺量、硅灰掺量、钢纤维掺量和水胶比对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工作性和力学性能的影响,并通过显著性分析探讨了各因素对UHPC性能的影响程度。结果表明:随着矿渣粉掺量的增加,UHPC的扩展度和28 d抗压、抗折强度均先增大后减小;随着硅灰掺量的增加,UHPC的扩展度和28 d抗压、抗折强度基本呈先增大后减小的趋势;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,UHPC的扩展度降低,28 d抗压、抗折强度增大;随着水胶比的增加,UHPC的扩展度增大,28 d抗压、抗折强度先增大后减小;钢纤维掺量对UHPC力学性能的影响程度最大,水胶比对UHPC工作性的影响程度最大;综合考虑工作性和力学性能,自密实UHPC的最佳配合比为矿渣粉掺量20%、硅灰掺量12%、钢纤维掺量2.0%、水胶比0.18。 Abstract: The effects of slag powder content, silica fume content, steel fiber content and water-cement ratio on the workability and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) were studied, and the degree of influence of various factors on the performance of UHPC was explored through significance analysis. The results show that with the increase of slag powder content, the slump-flow and 28 d compressive and flexural strength of UHPC first increase and then decrease. With the increase of silica fume content, the slump-flow and 28 d compressive and flexural strength of UHPC show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. With the increase of steel fiber content, the slump-flow of UHPC decreases, and the 28 d compressive and flexural strength of UHPC increase. As the water-cement ratio increases, the slump-flow of UHPC increases, and the 28 d compressive and flexural strength first increase and then decrease. The steel fiber content has the greatest impact on the mechanical properties of UHPC, and the water-cement ratio has the greatest impact on the workability of UHPC. Taking into account workability and mechanical properties, the optimal mix proportion of self compacting UHPC is 20% content of slag powder, 12% content of silica fume, 2.0% content of steel fiber and 0.18 of water-cement ratio.

摘   要:为了研究装配式混凝土电缆沟-工作井连接节点的力学性能,制作了沟体和工作井侧板试件,并对试件进行了单调加载试验,得到了试件的破坏形态、裂缝发展特征、极限承载力、变形和截面应变。此外,在考虑几何大变形、材料非线性和接触非线性条件下,建立了节点的ABAQUS有限元分析模型,并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:装配式混凝土电缆沟-工作井连接节点的最终破坏形式为混凝土受拉开裂和螺栓屈服,具有良好的力学性能,承载力和刚度均能满足工程要求;有限元计算结果与试验结果能较好吻合,可为研究装配式混凝土电缆沟的受力性能分析提供参考。 Abstract: To study the mechanical properties of connected joints between prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well, the specimens of channel body and working well side plate were made, and the monotonic loading tests were carried out on the specimens to obtain the failure mode, crack development characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity, deformation and section strain of the specimens. Moreover, considering large geometric deformation, material nonlinearity, and contact nonlinearity, the ABAQUS finite element analysis model of the connected joint was established, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing it with the experiment. The results show that the ultimate failure mode of the connected joint between the prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well is concrete tensile cracking and bolt yielding. The connected joint between prefabricated concrete cable channel and working well has good mechanical properties, and the bearing capacity and stiffness can meet the engineering requirements. The finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which can provide a reference for the analysis of the mechanical properties of the connected joint in prefabricated concrete cable channel.
