摘 要:对比研究了硅铬渣、水淬铬渣和高碳铬渣三种物质的物性和它们替代砂作为建筑材料的力学强度、收缩值和铬表面浸出等的差异。研究结果表明,高碳铬渣可经破碎后用于代替碎石,作为混凝土中的粗骨料使用,硅铬渣、水淬铬渣可作为混凝土中的细骨料使用。
Abstract: The silicon ferrochrome slag, water quenching ferrochrome slag and high carbon ferrochrome slag are studied. And the difference in mechanical strength, shrinkage and chromium surface leaching of the building materials as sand replaced by these three slag are studied. The results show that the high carbon ferrochrome slag can be used to replace the gravel after crushing rubble in the concrete, which used as a coarse aggregate. Silicon ferrochrome slag and water quenching ferrochrome slag can be used as a fine aggregate in concrete.
