摘   要:为制备具有高流动性、均匀性和稳定性的装配式预应力混凝土箱梁用自密实混凝土(SCC),在同一水胶比条件下,研究了m水泥∶m矿物掺合料、m水泥∶m粉煤灰、砂率和粗骨料级配对SCC工作性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:SCC的工作性随着m水泥∶m矿物掺合料的增大变化不大;SCC的抗压强度随着砂率的增长呈先提高后降低的趋势;粗骨料级配对SCC工作性、抗压强度的影响较大,当粒径为5~10 mm和10~20 mm的粗骨料质量比为4∶6时,SCC的综合性能最佳。优选出的最佳SCC配合比已成功应用于雄安新区装配式预应力混凝土箱梁的生产。 Abstract: In order to prepare self-compacting concrete (SCC) with high fluidity, uniformity and stability used by prefabricated prestressed concrete box-beam, under same water-binder ratio, the effects of m水泥∶m矿物掺合料, m水泥∶m粉煤灰, sand ratio, and coarse aggregate grading on the workability and compressive strength of SCC were studied. The results show that the workability of SCC does not change significantly with the increase of m水泥∶m矿物掺合料. The compressive strength of SCC shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of sand ratio. The coarse aggregate grading has a significant impact on the workability and compressive strength of SCC. When the mass ratio of two graded coarse aggregates with particle sizes of 5~10 mm and 10~20 mm is 4∶6, the comprehensive performance of SCC is the best. The optimized SCC mix proportion has been successfully applied to the construction of prefabricated prestressed concrete box-beams in Xiong’an New Area.

摘   要:根据智慧地下停车库项目的具体技术要求,设计了22.6 m大直径沉井式车库用预制混凝土管片模具,采用有限元软件对模具进行了受力分析,通过振源分析确定了振动器数量、位置,并进行了管片试制。工程试制结果表明:用该模具生产的管片强度、精度等指标均满足工程设计要求,可为相关工程提供参考。 Abstract: Based on the specific technical requirements of the smart underground parking garage project, the precast concrete pipe segment mold for the 22.6 m large diameter open casison garage was designed. The stress analysis of the mold was carried out by using finite element software, and the number and position of vibrators were determined through vibration source analysis, and the trial production of the segments was conducted. The engineering trial production results show that the strength, accuracy, and other indexes of the segments produced with this mold meet the engineering design requirements, which can provide reference for the related projects.

摘   要:针对天然石材路缘石自然资源消耗大的问题,通过分析再生混凝土特性及混凝土路缘石的技术指标,提出了采用双层复合结构形式的再生混凝土仿石路缘石,并介绍了其模具设计、配合比设计、生产工艺。成品试验结果表明:采用再生混凝土制备的仿石路缘石的力学性能和耐久性能满足相关规范要求,且经济性较好。 Abstract: In response to the problem of high natural resource consumption of natural stone curbs, by analyzing the characteristics of recycled concrete and the technical indexes of concrete curbs, a double-layer composite structure of recycled concrete imitation stone curbs was proposed, and its mold design, mix proportion design, and production process were elaborated. The finished product tests show that the mechanical properties and durability of imitation stone curb prepared with recycled concrete meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and its economy is good.
