陶粒加气混凝土砌块的力学性能试验研究

摘   要:为研究陶粒加气混凝土砌块(CACB)强度与养护环境、含水率、龄期的关系,分别测试了六种不同龄期(0、3、7、14、28、56 d)CACB试件在自然养护、恒温恒湿环境养护和标准养护下的强度和含水率,分析了含水率、龄期和强度变化相关性。结果表明:CACB的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度前期增长较快,28 d后增长率趋于平缓;CACB的强度对含水率的变化不太敏感;在标准养护条件下,CACB的28 d和56 d抗压强度、抗拉强度均比其他养护条件略高;恒温恒湿环境养护条件下,CACB的28 d、56 d抗折强度比其他养护条件略高;根据试验结果,同时考虑生产的经济性和施工条件,CACB推荐的施工养护环境为自然养护,最佳养护龄期为28 d。 Abstract: In order to study the relationship between the strength of ceramsite aerated concrete block(CACB) and the curing environment, moisture content and age, the strength and moisture content of specimens at different ages were measured under different curing environments. The curing environments were natural environment, constant temperature and humidity environment, and standard curing environment. The age was 0, 3, 7, 14, 28, 56 d respectively. The correlation of the moisture content, age and strength of the CACB was analyzed. The results show that the three kinds of strength of CACB increase rapidly in the early stage, and the growth rate tends to be flat after 28 d. The strength of CACB is not very sensitive to changes in moisture content. In the standard curing environment, the compressive strength and tensile strength at 28 d and 56 d are slightly higher than those under the other two environments. However, the 28 d and 56 d flexural strength under constant temperature and humidity environment is slightly higher than that under the other two environments. According to the test results and considering the economy of production and construction conditions, it is recommended that the most suitable construction and maintenance environment for CACB is natural environment, and the best construction age is 28 d.

摘   要:为了提高装配式构件的早期强度,加快模具的周转率,采用3因素3水平正交试验,研究了无水硫酸钠、甲酸钙和偏铝酸钠三种早强剂的复掺类型、复掺比例对装配式构件混凝土坍落度和力学性能的影响,并得到了优化后的最佳配合比。结果表明:早强剂的复掺会降低混凝土的坍落度和凝结时间,提高早期强度;综合考虑,确定无水硫酸钠、甲酸钙、偏铝酸钠的最佳掺量分别为0.3%、0.4%、0.1%。 Abstract: In order to improve the early strength of prefabricated components and accelerate mold turnover rate, a 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal test method was used to analyze the effects of type and proportion of three types of early strength agents(anhydrous sodium sulfate, calcium formate, sodium metaaluminate) on the slump and mechanical properties of concrete, and the optimized optimal mix proportion was obtained. The results show that the addition of early strength agents can reduce the slump and setting time of concrete, and improve early strength. After comprehensive consideration, the optimal content of anhydrous sodium sulfate, calcium formate and sodium metaaluminate is 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.1%, respectively.
