摘   要:为研究蒸压加气混凝土板生产时料浆发气过程中钢筋位移变化量及变化趋势与发气状态之间的对应关系,通过时间-钢筋位移曲线定量表征料浆的发气状态,以期为发气和稠化过程的检测和控制提供参考。 Abstract: In order to study the corresponding relationship between the change of the displacement of the steel bar and the change trend of the gas evolution state during the production of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab, the gas evolution state of the slurry through the time-reinforcement displacement curve was quantitatively characterized, which can provide references for the detection and control of gas evolution and thickening processes.

摘   要:为研究预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板中不锈钢拉结件系统在火灾后的抗剪性能,以某实体项目拆除墙板为研究对象,通过3 h内叶板和1 h外叶板的耐火试验模拟火灾的影响,分别进行了耐火试验前后非破坏性力学试验和耐火试验后破坏性力学试验,并与板式拉结件标准剪切试件进行了对比。结果表明:受极端火灾影响后,不锈钢拉结件系统抗剪承载力明显降低,但仍可达到拉结件设计对应的承载力试验值的1.6倍;不锈钢拉结件系统抗剪刚度明显降低,但在自重荷载标准值作用下位移约1.0 mm,低于北京市地方标准规定的限值2.5 mm;大位移时的破坏模式仍为拉结件受压侧失稳与受拉侧混凝土锚固破坏,且荷载下降不超过峰值荷载的15%。 Abstract: In order to study the shear performance of the stainless steel connector system on precast concrete sandwich insulation exterior wall panel after fire, taking the demolition wall panel of a physical project as the research object, the fire impact was simulated through the fire resistance test of 3 h inner leaf plate and 1 h outer leaf, and the non-destructive comparative mechanical test before and after fire resistance test and destructive mechanical test after fire resistance test were carried out and compared to the standard shear specimen. The results show that after being affected by extreme fire, the shear bearing capacity of the stainless steel connector system is significantly reduced, but it can still reach 1.6 times the corresponding bearing capacity test value of the tension joint design. The shear stiffness of the stainless steel tie joint system is significantly reduced, but the displacement is about 1.0 mm under the action of the self-weight load standard value, which is lower than the limit value 2.5 mm stipulated by the local standard of Beijing. The failure mode at large displacement is still the buckling of the compression side of the tie joint and the anchorage failure of the concrete on the tensile side, and the load drop does not exceed 15% of the peak load.
