摘 要:深坑酒店工程大量使用倾斜钢管混凝土柱,钢管柱内设隔板造成混凝土浇筑质量难以保障,对钢管柱内混凝土密实度进行准确监控成为保证钢管柱混凝土施工质量的关键技术。为解决钢管柱中混凝土密实度难以监测的问题,研究了采用红外成像技术,通过间接测定混凝土浇筑过程引起的钢管柱表面温度变化来判定钢管柱密实度,并通过现场实测验证了该技术的可行性。
Abstract: A lot of slantwise steel tube columns were used in Shanghai deep pit hotel. The concrete construction quality is difficult to guarantee due to the diaphragm using in the steel tube columns. The accuracy of concrete compactness monitoring inside columns is a key technology to ensure the quality of steel tube columns. By measuring the temperature changes on the columns surfaces due to concrete construction, infrared thermography technology was used in deep pit hotel to monitor concrete compactness. This method was tested by field measurement.
