摘   要:研究了不同掺量盾构泥等质量取代硅砂对加气混凝土发气时间、硬化时间、外观颜色、抗压强度和干表观密度的影响。结果表明:SiO2含量不低于45%的盾构泥可替代部分硅砂用于生产加气混凝土;一定掺量范围内,随着盾构泥掺量的增加,加气混凝土坯体的发气时间、硬化时间均变长,抗压强度降低;盾构泥的掺加会导致加气混凝土制品外观颜色变深;为确保加气混凝土制品的物理力学性能,需控制盾构泥的掺量。 Abstract: The effects of different contents of shield tunneling mud for equal mass silica sand on the aeration time, hardening time, appearance color, compressive strength, and dry apparent density of aerated concrete were studied. The results show that shield tunneling mud with a SiO2 content of no less than 45% can replace silica sand to produce the aerated concrete. Within a certain content range, as the content of shield tunneling mud increases, the aeration time and hardening time of the aerated concrete embryo become longer, and the compressive strength decreases. The addition of shield tunneling mud can cause the appearance color of aerated concrete products be darker. To ensure the physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete products, it is necessary to control the content of shield tunneling mud.

摘   要:为提高透水型泡沫混凝土的透水能力、蓄水能力,研究了浆体流变性能对该类混凝土孔结构、透水性、蓄水性的影响。结果表明:当浆体的初始屈服应力小于3.0 Pa时,透水型泡沫混凝土易发生塌模;随着浆体屈服应力与黏度的增大,透水型泡沫混凝土的透水性和蓄水性降低;通过控制浆体的流变性,可以制备出干表观密度700 kg/m3、透水性为K2~K3级、体积蓄水率40%的透水型泡沫混凝土。 Abstract: To improve the water permeability and water storage capacity of pervious foamed concrete, the effects of rheological property of paste on the pore structure, water permeability and water storage properties of pervious foamed concrete were studied. The results show that the foamed concrete is prone to collapse when the initial yield stress is less than 3.0 Pa. The increase of yield stress and viscosity reduces the water permeability and water retention of pervious foamed concrete. A pervious foamed concrete with a dry apparent density of 700 kg/m3, a water permeability of K2~K3, and a volume water retention rate of 40% can be prepared by controlling the rheology of the paste.
