摘 要:设计了4批不同尺寸的秸秆纤维,将其均匀地掺入水泥砂浆中。通过劈裂拉伸试验,研究了秸秆纤维对混凝土拉伸强度和劈裂韧性的影响。结果表明,混凝土中掺入秸秆纤维可控制基体混凝土裂纹的发展,从而提高劈裂韧性。此种混凝土适合应用于对承载力要求不大,但对韧性要求较高的建筑主体中,可实现就近取材,减少环境污染等目的。
Abstract: The four groups with different size of straw fiber are designed to mix evenly into the cement mortar. The effect of straw fiber on the recovery rate and cleavage toughness of concrete after cracking are studied by splitting experiments. The results show that the addition of fiber material in concrete can control the further development of concrete cracks in the matrix, so as to improve the crack resistance. This kind of concrete is suitable for building materials where the bearing capacity is not highly required but requiring high toughness, while achieving to use the nearest material and reduce environmental pollution.
