摘 要:将玉米、稻草、油菜秸秆加入混凝土材料中,得到轻质秸秆混凝土材料。对比不同纤维掺量、形态对混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响,得出适用于墙体材料的最优配合比。试验结果表明,条状秸秆容重最低至1760kg/m3;不同秸秆种类相同形态下的混凝土工作性能与力学性能差异不大,不同形态差距巨大;其中粉末状性能最优,以最大化利用秸秆且兼顾材料力学性能前提下最优的组合为6%粉末状油菜秸秆,10%粉煤灰,其抗压强度和抗劈裂强度分别能达到7.25MPa、1.35MPa。
Abstract: The light straw concrete is prepared by adding corn, rice and rape straw. The affect of the different admixture and form on working performance and mechanical property of concrete is compared and the optimal mixture ratio is achieved. The results show that the lowest density of strip straw concrete can reach 1760kg/m3. The working performance and mechanical performance of the concrete with different kinds of straw under the same form appear to little difference, but there are large gaps under different form; Among them, the powdered straw plays best performance, the optimal mixture ratio of the light straw concrete is 6% powder rape straw and 10% fly ash, and its compressive strength and splitting strength can reach 7.25MPa and 1.35MPa respectively.
