Abstract: The effects of stone dust content, MB value, additives and admixtures on pump ability of different manufactured sand cement concrete are investigated. Results show that, in low strength concrete, with the increase of stone powder content and MB value, pumping resistance reduced gradually. When the stone powder content is 20%, the pumping resistance is the least. The fly ash and entraining agent can effectively reduce the pumping resistance. In high-strength concrete, with the increase of stone powder content and MB value, pumping difficulty increases gradually, when powder content of 5%～7% and MB value less than 0.7, the pumping of concrete is not affected. Compared to fly ash and slag powder, silica fume can effectively reduce pumping resistance. Super-absorbent resin is an effective additive to reduce the resistance of concrete pumping.
