机制砂混凝土可泵性影响因素研究

摘 要:通过泵送阻力测定仪,测试了石粉含量、MB值、掺合料和外加剂对不同强度机制砂混凝土可泵性的影响。结果表明,低强度机制砂混凝土中,随着石粉含量和MB值的增加,泵送阻力逐步减小,石粉含量20%时,泵送阻力最小;粉煤灰和引气剂能有效降低泵送阻力。高强机制砂混凝土中,随着石粉含量和MB值的增加,泵送难度增大;MB值0.25时,5%~7%的石粉含量不影响高强机制砂混凝土的泵送;相比粉煤灰和矿渣粉,硅灰更能够有效降低高强机制砂混凝土的泵送阻力。超吸水树脂是一种有效降低机制砂混凝土泵送阻力的外掺料。
Abstract: The effects of stone dust content, MB value, additives and admixtures on pump ability of different manufactured sand cement concrete are investigated. Results show that, in low strength concrete, with the increase of stone powder content and MB value, pumping resistance reduced gradually. When the stone powder content is 20%, the pumping resistance is the least. The fly ash and entraining agent can effectively reduce the pumping resistance. In high-strength concrete, with the increase of stone powder content and MB value, pumping difficulty increases gradually, when powder content of 5%~7% and MB value less than 0.7, the pumping of concrete is not affected. Compared to fly ash and slag powder, silica fume can effectively reduce pumping resistance. Super-absorbent resin is an effective additive to reduce the resistance of concrete pumping.
