新型夹心保温墙体设计及其连接件剪切性能研究

摘 要:针对目前建筑工程中常见各类保温墙体做法的一些局限性,推荐了一种由混凝土结构层、保温层、砂浆层以及连接件构成的新型夹心保温墙体。该墙体施工流程类似普通现浇混凝土墙,工艺简单;墙体连接件处设置橡胶材质的堵头来隔断连接处的冷桥,保温节能效果显著。为验证连接件的抗剪性能,开展了墙体连接件剪切性能试验,对连接件的抗剪承载力、破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线进行了研究;根据试验结果对该墙体在工程中推广应用给出了建议。
Abstract: Aiming the limitation for common thermal wall in construction engineering, a new type of sandwich insulation wall made of concrete layers, insulation layer, mortar layer and connector is recommended. The construction process of sandwich insulation wall is similar to the ordinary reinforcement concrete walls,and the process is simple; the plugs for wall connector made of rubber are used to cut the thermal bridge of connector to achieve good energy-saving effects. To testified the shear behavior of connector, shear capacity experiment of connector on shear capacity, failure pattern and load-placement curve is studied. According to experiment results, the advice for sandwich insulation wall in engineering is presented.
