蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土复合砌块力学性能试验研究

摘 要:蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土复合砌块是一种热工性能良好的非承重墙体材料。本文对其力学性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土复合砌块的整体抗压强度、内叶块抗压强度及沿块体厚度方向的连接强度满足相关规范要求,且受拉时最易破坏的是聚苯板与砌块交界处的聚合物粘结砂浆,作为保温层的聚苯板的表观密度与压缩强度满足相关规范要求。
Abstract: Autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete composite block is a non-bearing wall material with good thermal performance. Its mechanical properties are tested in this paper. The test results show that the overall compressive strength, the leaf blocks compressive strength and the connection strength along the thickness direction of autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete composite block can meet the relevant regulatory requirements. It would damage most easily in the junction of polystyrene board and polymer adhesive mortar when tensioned. As insulation, the apparent density and compressive strength of polystyrene board can meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
