摘  要:通过等量取代碱矿渣水泥中矿渣组分与普通硅酸盐水泥中的水泥对比试验研究,探讨了采用碱矿渣水泥固结铬渣废弃物的技术优势。试验表明,当取代量为30%时,碱矿渣水泥28d固结铬渣后的Cr6+表面浸出率为0,普通硅酸盐水泥28d固结铬渣后的Cr6+表面浸出率为3.00×10-5g/cm2·d,说明碱矿渣水泥水化28d后对铬渣的固结效率远大于普通硅酸盐水泥固结效率,且用碱矿渣水泥固结铬渣废弃物的临界取代掺量可达50%。Abstract:BycomparingthetestresultsfromequivalentreplacementoftheslaginAASCorthecementofordinaryPortlandcement(OPC)withchromiumslag,theadvantagesofAASCsolidifiedbodywiththechromicresiduearediscussed.Theresultsindicatethatwhenthereplacementrateofchromiumslagis30%,thesurfaceleachingrateofCr6+inthekindofAASCsolidifiedbodyofis0,whereasthesurfaceleachingrateofCr6+intheOPCsolidifiedbodywiththechromiumslagis3.00×10-5g/cm2·dafter28dhydration,whichshowsthatthesolidificationefficiencyoftheAASCsolidifiedbodyonchromiumslagafter28dhydrationisfarbetterthanthatoftheOPCsolidifiedbody,andthecriticalreplacementrateofchromiumslagcanreachupto50%.

摘 要:对碱渣掺合料混凝土在不同条件下的耐磨性能进行了试验研究,结果表明,随着碱渣掺量的增加,碱渣混凝土的耐磨性呈现先增强后减弱的规律,当碱渣占胶凝材料10%时,混凝土耐磨性能最优。结合SEM图像分析,碱渣占胶凝材料10%时,混凝土的微观结构变得更为密实;继续增加碱渣的掺量,碱渣的耐磨性呈现大幅减弱。试验还对不同养护龄期的碱渣掺合料混凝土进行了研究,发现混凝土的耐磨性随养护龄期增长呈现增强趋势。 Abstract: The abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue concrete under different conditions are tested and studied. The results show that the abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue concrete increase firstly and then decrease with the increasing of alkaline content. The abrasion resistance of the concrete is the best when the content of alkaline residue is 10% of cementation content. Combined with SEM, it’s found that the microstructure of the concrete is more dense when the cement replacement ratio of alkaline residue is 10%, and then, the abrasion resistance of the concrete sharply decrease with the increasing the content of alkaline residue. In addition, the abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue concrete under the different curing periods is tested, and the test results indicate that the abrasion resistance of the concrete increases with the increasing of curing ages.

摘 要:选取水淬高炉矿渣为主要原料,石灰加脱硫石膏为复合激发剂,添加少量氯化钙制成全尾砂新型胶凝材料,以其完全取代矿山胶结充填中使用的胶结剂水泥。采用设计4因素3水平的正交试验,考察了石灰、脱硫石膏及氯化钙添加量对全尾砂新型胶凝材料充填体强度的影响,获得了制备全尾砂新型胶凝材料充填体28d强度的最佳配合比。结果表明,全尾砂新型胶凝材料充填体在最佳配合比条件下28d的单轴抗压强度为2.944MPa,是相同条件(浓度、胶砂比、龄期)下42.5R水泥胶凝材料充填体强度的7.5倍,可以取代水泥作为全尾砂胶结剂。 Abstract: For replacing traditional cement, a new type of whole-tailing cementitious materials is designed and prepared by using water quenching blast furnace slag as main material as well as lime desulphurization gypsum as composite activator and adding calcium chloride. Using the orthogonal design method of 4 factors×3 levels, the optimal mix proportion for preparing the whole-tailing backfill body were obtained by studying the effects of following factors, such as lime, desulphurization gypsum and calcium chloride. The results show that the 28d strength of the whole-tailing backfilling body is 2.944MPa using the optimum mix proportion, which is 7.5 times than that of 42.5R cementitious backfilling body under the same condition of concentration, cement-sand ratio and ages. Therefore, the whole-tailing cementitious material can replace cement as the cementation material.

According to the characteristics of products and combined with the actual construction application, the problems arisen during the embedded process of the plastic hoisting holes are analyzed, and some preventive measures and solutions are put forward.

摘 要: 通过对某旧拱桥作细致的技术状况调查,查明缺陷(或潜在缺陷)、损伤位置及其严重程度和发展趋势,评价桥梁的使用功能。分析了主拱圈、横系梁、腹拱、伸缩缝、桥台等的病害情况。结合病害情况及检测结果,阐述该桥的维修加固设计方案,对加固施工中的锚喷混凝土施工、植筋专项施工、环氧砂浆修补裂缝施工、伸缩缝处理施工方法等进行了详细介绍。 Abstract: The technical condition of an old arch bridge is meticulously investigated to find out the defect (or potential defect), damage location and development tendency of the bridge and evaluate the use function of the kind of the bridge. The main arch rings, cross beams, spandrel arches, expansion joints, abutments and other diseases are analyzed. Combination with disease situation and test results, the repair and reinforcement schemes of the bridge are explained. And some construction methods about anchor spray cement concrete, planting reinforcing bar, repair crack with epoxy mortar, expansion joints handle, etc. are introduced in detail.

摘 要:阐述了复合土钉墙基本形式和构造特点,研究了复合土钉墙设计计算及施工技术要点,通过工程实例提出了复合土钉墙造价低、工期短、安全度高等优点,深基坑支护-截水应用经济效益显著。 Abstract: The basic form and the structure characteristics of composite soil nailing wall are elaborated, and the design calculation and key points of construction technology of composite soil nailing wall are researched. Through the engineering example, the advantages such as low cost, short construction period and high safety degree of composite soil nailing wall are put forward, and the deep foundation pit-cutting water application has the obvious economic benefit.

摘 要:研究了锰渣微粉和粉煤灰两种工业废渣作为矿物掺合料在干混砂浆中的应用。探讨了单掺锰渣微粉及锰渣微粉与粉煤灰不同比例复掺对砂浆工作性能及强度的影响,并对试样的微观结构进行了分析。试验结果表明,锰渣微粉掺量在20%左右,锰渣与粉煤灰最适宜复掺比例为6:4。 Abstract: The two industrial waste residues of manganese slag powder and fly ash as mineral admixtures applied to the dry-mix mortar is studied. The influences of the single doped manganese slag powder, manganese slag powder and fly ash in different proportion of double mixing mortar on working performance and strength of mortar are discussed, and the micro structure of the specimens is analyzed. The test results show that when the manganese slag powder dosage is about 20%, the most suitable compound mixing proportion of manganese slag and fly ash is 6:4.

摘 要:通过正交试验研究了不同原料配比对磷建筑石膏墙体灌浆料性能的影响,得到的最佳配比为:粉煤灰10%,生石灰3%,柠檬酸钠0.1%,减水剂0.6%以及水膏比为0.46。其2h抗折强度2.52MPa,2h抗压强度7.75MPa,初凝时间14min,终凝时间21min,流动度208mm,满足现场石膏浇注的施工工艺要求以及非承重墙体强度的技术指标。最后对其放射性进行了进一步分析。 Abstract: Through the orthogonal experiment, the effects of different materials proportions on grouting material performance of walls prepared by phosphorus building gypsum are studied, and the best proportion is obtained with fly ash 10%, lime 3%, sodium citrate 0.1%, water reducer 0.6% and the ratio of water to phosphorus building gypsum 0.46. The performance parameters of the best proportion are as follows: 2h flexural strength 2.52MPa, 2h compressive strength 7.75MPa, initial setting time 14 min, final setting time 21 min, and fluidity 208mm, which can conform to the technical requirements of construction process of gypsum pouring on site as well as the strength of the non-bearing walls. Finally, the radioactivity of grouting material is analyzed further.

摘 要:地震持时作为地震动记录中一个重要的要素,本文以一栋5层钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋为例,采用三种常用的地震动持时方式输入结构模型,分析比较地震持时对基于IDA方法结构优化结果的影响及特点,并提出相关建议。 Abstract: Earthquake duration is an important element of ground motion records. Taking a 5-layer reinforced concrete frame building as an example and using 3 kinds of structure models with seismic duration input mode, the effect of earthquake duration on structure optimization results based on the IDA method are analyzed and compared, and some related suggestions are put forward.

摘 要:箱梁由于抗弯能力强,抗扭刚度大,广泛用于修建城市桥梁、曲线桥和大跨度桥,但它在偏心荷载作用下的扭转畸变行为分析较为复杂。随着箱梁在土木工程领域的应用日益广泛,箱梁的扭转畸变效应越来越受到设计人员的重视。本文以哈尔滨松花江大桥为例,对大跨变截面连续箱梁的扭转、畸变,采用ANSYS进行了有限元分析。 Abstract: Because of having great flexural capacity and torsion rigidity, box girders are widely used in the construction of urban highway, horizontally curved and long-span bridges. But it is complicated to study the torsion and distortion of box girders under the action of eccentric loads. With the extensively using of box girders in the civil engineering field, more and more design engineers pay high attention on the torsion and distortion effects of box girders. Taking the example of the main bridge of Songhuajiang River Bridge at Harbin, the torsion and distortion of long-span continuous bridge with variable cross sections is studied by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software.
