摘 要:随着建筑节能行业的发展,各种新型保温材料层出不穷,但这些新型保温材料目前确定的耐久性指标是否满足实际应用需求,尚未有一个完善的试验评价体系。本文选用了几种新型保温材料,通过模拟的气候条件,试验并分析了几个主要物理力学性能的变化情况,研究了新型保温材料的耐久性试验方法及耐久性指标的确立。 Abstract: With the development of building energy conservation industry, various new insulation materials emerge in endlessly. However, whether the durability indexes of these new thermal insulation materials meeting the actual application requirements have not yet had a perfect experimental evaluation system. Several new thermal insulation materials are selected. Through the simulated climatic conditions, the changes of several main physical parameters are tested and analyzed to study the durability test method and the establishment of durability of the new thermal insulation materials.

摘  要:为研究锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土的黏结性能,通过外加电流加速试验获得目标锈蚀率为1%的螺纹钢筋,将其分别与粗骨料取代率为0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的再生混凝土试块进行拉拔试验研究。结果表明,发现锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土之间的黏结应力比未锈蚀的试块提前达到峰值.随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,黏结应力先增大后减小,且当取代率为80%时,黏结应力达到峰值,锈蚀钢筋与再生混凝土之间的黏结应力-滑移曲线与普通混凝土的总体形状相似。Abstract:Inordertostudythebondingpropertiesbetweencorrodedreinforcementandrecycledconcrete,throughexternalcurrentacceleratedtest,thetargetcorrosionrateis1%rebar,thepull-outtestofrecycledaggregateconcretespecimenswithcoarseaggregatereplacementrateof0,20%,40%,60%,80%and100%respectivelyiscarriedout.Itisfoundthatthebondstressbetweencorrodedreinforcementandrecycledconcretereachesthepeakvalueearlierthanthatofthenoncorrodedspecimen.Withtheincreaseofthereplacementrateofrecycledcoarseaggregate,thebondstressincreasesfirstandthendecreases.Whenthereplacementrateofcoarseaggregateis80%,thebondingstrengthofrecycledconcretereachesthemaximumvalue.Thebondstressslipcurvebetweencorrodedreinforcementandrecycledconcreteissimilartothegeneralshapeofordinaryconcrete.

摘  要:采用选择性自磨及分选方法,将城市建筑混合垃圾中强度不同的物料分选出来,以其中强度较高的物料破碎分级后作透水混凝土骨料,在混凝土外加剂种类及用量、水灰比一定时,研究了骨料级配、水泥用量等对透水混凝土的连续孔隙率、透水系数、抗压、抗折强度等性能的影响。结果表明,骨料级配及水泥用量对其性能均有影响。当骨料级配为9.5~4.75mm占64.8%、4.75~2.36mm占16.2%,水泥用量为18%时,试件的孔隙率、透水系数、抗压抗折强度均达到了CJJ/T135—2009《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》的指标要求。Abstract:Themethodsofselectiveself-grindingandseparationareusedtoseperatethematerialswithdifferentstrengthfromtheconstructionwaste.Thematerialwithahigherstrengthisusedasaggregatecomponentsofwaterpermeablecement-concreteaftercrushingandsizefractionation.Theinfluenceofaggregategrading,cementdosage,etc.onthecontinuousporosity,permeabilitycoefficient,compressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthofpermeablecementconcretearestudiedatthegivenquantityofaconcreteadditivesandwatertocementratio.Inthedefiniteprerequisiteofconcreteadmixturetypesandthecementratio,theeffectsofaggregategradationandcementdosageonthecontinuousporosity,permeabilitycoefficient,compressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthofpermeablecementconcretearestudied.Theresultsshowthataggregategragradingdationandcementdosagehaveeffectontheperformanceofthepropertiesofthisconcrete.Whentheconcreteismadeoftwoparticlesizesofaggregate64.8%of9.5~4.75mm,16.2%of4.75~2.36mmaggregateand18%cement,gradationare9.5~4.75mmand 4.75~2.36mm,andaccountfor64.8%and16.2%ofthetotalcomponentswithremainingcement,andthecementdosageis18%,theporosity,permeabilitycoefficientandcompressivestrengthofthespecimencanmeettheneedscriterionoftheCJJ/T135—2009PermeableCementConcretePavementTechnicalCode.

摘  要:试验研究了苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯类聚合物改性再生骨料混凝土的力学性能。试验发现,聚合物改性再生骨料混凝土宜采用龄期为28d的干养护模式,聚合物最佳体积掺量约为10%;在最佳掺量下,不同配合比的改性再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度及弹性模量略有降低,但聚合物显著提高再生骨料混凝土的抗裂性,改性后混凝土劈裂抗拉强度有大幅度提高,脆性明显降低。Abstracts:Themechanicalbehaviorofstyreneoracrylatepolymermodifiedrecycledaggregateconcrete(RAC)wasstudiedbyexperiment.Theresultsshowthatpolymermodificationofrecycledaggregateconcreteshouldbedrycuredfor28days,andtheoptimumvolumeofpolymeris10%.Bythisway,thecompressivestrengthandelasticmodulusofthemodifiedrecycledaggregateconcretewithdifferentmixtureratiodecreasesslightly,whilethesplittingtensilestrengthincreaseegreatly.Thepolymerhassignificanteffectsonthecrackresistanceofrecycledaggregateconcrete,andthebrittlenessofrecycledaggregateconcreteissignificantlyreduced.

摘  要:近年来发展起来一种机械锚固方式——垫板与螺帽合一的新型锚固板,将其与钢筋组装后形成钢筋锚固板具有良好的锚固性能,并且螺纹连接可靠、方便,用它代替传统的弯折钢筋锚固和直钢筋锚固可以节约钢材,方便施工。采取锚固板机械锚固施工,不仅可以减少钢筋的使用量及人工清槽的土方量,还可提高土方开挖效率,增强钢筋锚固性能,同时改善基础底板防水环境。Abstract:Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofamechanicalanchorage,andthesteelassemblyformedafterreinforcementanchorageplatehasgoodanchoringperformance,thethreadconnectionisreliableandconvenient.Wheninsteadoftraditionalandstraightsteelbaranchoragecansavesteelandconvenientconstruction.Inaddition,afteranchorageplatemechanicalanchorageconstruction,itcandirectlyreducetheamountofrebarandtheearthworkvolumeofartificialclearance,improvetheefficiencyofearthworkexcavation,enhancetheanchorageperformanceofsteelbarandimprovethewaterproofingenvironmentofthefoundationfloor.Itiswelcomedandapprovedbytheunitsofdesign,constructionandconstruction.

摘  要:在混凝土公路路基施工过程中,为了控制施工进度,同时保证路基的稳定与适用,需要对路基沉降进行监测,并通过已有沉降数据推测后续沉降数值。本文提出了一种新型预测路基沉降的方法,将模糊神经网络和小波包分解相结合,针对位移沉降序列的时序性和偶然性,利用模糊神经网络强大的记忆性,建立沉降预测模型。通过小波包对沉降数值序列进行分解,得到不同属性和频率的沉降序列,分别通过模糊神经网络对各个子序列进行预测,将子序列预测结果叠加得到预测结果。Abstract:Inordertocontroltheconstructionprogressandensurethestabilityandapplicabilityoftheroadbedofconcretepavement,theroadbedsettlementneedstobemonitored,andthesubsequentsettlementdataneedstobepredictedthroughtheexistingsettlementdata.Anewpredictionmethodforsubgradesettlementisputforward,whichcombinesfuzzyneuralnetworkandwaveletpacketdecomposition.Aimingatthetimenessandcontingencyofdisplacementsettlementsequence,thefuzzyneuralnetwork'sstrongmemoryisusedtoestablishsettlementpredictionmodel.Todecomposethesettlementnumericalsequencebywaveletpacket,settlementsequenceofdifferentattributesandfrequency,respectivelythroughthepredictionofeachsubsequenceoffuzzyneuralnetwork,thesequencepredictionresultsaresuperimposedtoobtaintheforecastresult.

摘  要:混凝土用砂含泥量的检测试验方法目前采用的是GB/T14684—2011《建设用砂》中的标准方法,但工程实践表明,该方法存在一些不甚合理之处。为此,提出了混凝土用砂含泥量检测的改进方法,并设计了一套混凝土用砂含泥量检测装置。试验结果表明,采用该装置检测砂含泥量指标是可靠的,其检测结果比现行标准方法的检测结果稍大。Abstract:ThedetectionmethodformudcontentofsandforconcreteisthestandardapproachofGB/T14684—2011ConstructionSand.However,practicalapplicationsindicatesthatthereareseveralunreasonablethings.Theimproveddetectionmethodandasetoffeasibledetectiondevicemudcontentofsandforconcretearepresented.Theresultsshowthattheindexofnewmethodismorereliableandlargerthanoldstandardmethod.

摘  要:选用溶解热法和TAMAIR热导式等温量热仪测试法对粉煤灰、矿渣粉不同掺量的复合胶凝体系进行了水泥水化热测试试验。试验结果表明,较溶解热法而言,TAMAIR测试法测试精度高、试验误差小,能精确测量水泥基胶凝材料水化放热,适用于复合胶凝体系水化放热测试试验。Abstract:ThetestofcementhydrationiscarriedoutonthecompositecementitioussystemwithdifferentcontentofflyashandslagpowderbyusingthemethodofdissolutionheatandTAMAIRthermalconductivityisothermalcalorimeter.TheresultsshowthattheTAMAIRtestmethodhashighertestingaccuracyandsmallertesterrorthanthedissolutionheatmethod,andcanaccuratelymeasurethehydrationexothermofcement-basedcementitiousmaterials,whichissuitableforthehydrationexothermictestofcompositegellingsystem.

摘 要:以环氧树脂乳液和普通硅酸盐水泥为原料,制备泡沫混凝土。研究了环氧树脂乳液对泡沫混凝土力学性能、吸水率、干密度和孔结构的影响。结果表明,掺入适量环氧树脂乳液可显著减小气孔的尺寸,优化孔径分布;泡沫混凝土的抗压和抗折强度随环氧树脂乳液的掺入得到显著的提高;环氧树脂乳液可以降低泡沫混凝土的吸水率,并在一定程度上减小了泡沫混凝土的干密度。Abstract:Thefoamedconcreteispreparedbyusingepoxyresinemulsionandordinaryportlandcementasrawmaterials.Theeffectofepoxyresinemulsiononthemechanicalproperties,waterabsorption,drydensityandporestructureoffoamedconcretearestudied.Theresultsshowthatthesizeofthesmallholecanbereducedsignificantlyandtheporesizedistributioncanbeoptimizedbyincorporationofproperamountofepoxyresinemulsion.Thecompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthoffoamedconcretearesignificantlyimprovedwiththeincorporationofepoxyresinemulsion.Thewaterabsorptionofthefoamedconcretecanbereducedbyepoxyresinemulsionandthedrydensityoffoamedconcretedecreasestosomeextent.
