摘 要:研究了再生粗骨料取代率对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,建立了不同再生粗骨料取代率混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀损伤模型。结果表明:当侵蚀龄期在144 d内时,不同再生粗骨料取代率试件的相对动弹性模量差别不大;144 d后,随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,试件的相对动弹性模量大致呈先增大后减小的趋势,掺入较多(>50%)的再生粗骨料加速了混凝土的后期损伤;基于普通混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀损伤模型建立的再生混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀损伤模型的精度较高。
Abstract: The influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on the sulfate resistance of concrete was studied, and the sulfate resistance damage model of concrete with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate was established. The results show that when the erosion age is within 144 days, the relative dynamic elastic modulus of the specimens with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates has little difference. After 144 days, with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate, the relative dynamic elastic modulus of the specimen roughly increases first and then decreases, and the later damage of concrete is accelerated by adding more recycled coarse aggregate(>50%). The sulfate resistance damage model of recycled concrete established based on the sulfate resistance damage model of ordinary concrete has high accuracy.
