摘   要:分析了黏土基铸造废旧砂的特性,研究了黏土基铸造废旧砂对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:黏土基铸造废旧砂中含有微量重金属,但在相关环境标准许可范围内;与河砂相比,黏土基铸造废旧砂的颗粒形貌不规则、细颗粒较多;黏土基铸造废旧砂的表观密度与河砂接近,但堆积密度显著低于河砂,吸水率、亚甲蓝值和氯离子含量显著大于河砂;该黏土基铸造废旧砂的细度模数为1.76,属于Ⅲ区砂;当黏土基铸造废旧砂的替代率小于20%时,对砂浆的流动度和减水剂用量影响不大;当黏土基铸造废旧砂的替代率为40%时,砂浆的强度达到最高。 Abstract: The characteristics of clay-based foundry waste sand were analyzed, and the influence of clay-based foundry waste sand on the properties of cement mortar was studied. The results show that the clay-based foundry waste sand contains trace heavy metals, but it is within the allowable range of relevant environmental standards. Compared with river sand, the clay-based foundry waste sand has irregular particle morphology and more fine particles. The apparent density of the clay-based foundry waste sand is close to that of river sand, but the bulk density is significantly lower than that of river sand, and the water absorption, methylene blue value and chloride ion content are significantly higher than those of river sand. The fineness modulus of the clay-based foundry waste sand is 1.76, which belongs to the zone Ⅲ sand. When the replacement rate of clay-based foundry waste sand is less than 20%, it has little effect on the fluidity and the water reducing agent amount of the cement mortar. When the replacement rate of the clay-based foundry waste sand is 40%, the strength of the cement mortar is the highest.

摘   要:研究了花岗岩废石粉等质量(0、10%、20%、30%)取代水泥对砂浆抗压强度、毛细吸水、干燥收缩及微观结构的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:总体上,随着花岗岩废石粉取代率的增加,砂浆的抗压强度下降,毛细吸水量和干缩率增大,孔结构劣化;但当花岗岩废石粉取代率为10%时,砂浆的28 d抗压强度略高于基准组,干缩率和累计孔隙体积低于基准组,孔结构与基准组相近。 Abstract: The effects of granite waste powder replacing cement(0、10%、20%、30%) on the compressive strength, capillary water absorption, drying shrinkage and microstructure of mortar were studied, and its mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of granite waste powder replacement rate, the compressive strength of mortar decreases, the capillary water absorption and drying shrinkage rate increase, the pore structure deteriorates. However, when granite waste powder replacement rate is 10%, the 28 d compressive strength of mortar is slightly higher than that of the reference group, the drying shrinkage rate and cumulative pore volume are lower than those of the reference group, and the pore structure is similar to that of the reference group.

摘   要:研究了蔗渣灰等质量替代水泥对砂浆力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性能和抗碳化性能的影响,分析了蔗渣灰对砂浆孔结构的影响机理。结果表明:随着蔗渣灰掺量的增加,砂浆的抗压、抗折强度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,抗氯离子渗透性能和抗碳化性能也呈相似的变化规律;蔗渣灰的最佳掺量为15%,此时,试件的抗压强度较对照组提高了9.8%,氯离子扩散系数减小了26.2%,碳化深度降低了3.8%;掺入适量蔗渣灰可有效降低砂浆基体的孔隙率,减少多害孔,优化孔结构,提高密实性。 Abstract:The effects of replacing cement with bagasse ash on the mechanical properties, chloride ion penetration resistance and carbonization resistance of mortar were studied, and the influence mechanism of bagasse ash on the pore structure of mortar was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of bagasse ash content, the compressive strength and flexural strength of mortar increase first and then decrease, and the chloride ion penetration resistance and carbonization resistance also show a similar change law. The optimum content of bagasse ash is 15%, at this time, the compressive strength of the specimen is increased by 9.8% compared with the control group, the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is decreased by 26.2%, and the carbonization depth is decreased by 3.8%. Adding appropriate amount of bagasse ash can effectively reduce the porosity of mortar matrix, reduce the harmful pores, optimize the pore structure and improve the compactness.

摘   要:研究了再生砂等质量(0、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%)替代天然砂对C60混凝土力学性能、耐久性能、收缩性能和抗裂性能的影响,并采用XRD分析了再生砂的作用机理。结果表明:掺入30%~50%的再生砂对混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉强度影响不大,但能有效提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,改善混凝土的收缩性能和开裂性能。 Abstract: The influence of recycled sand replacing 0, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% natural sand on the mechanical properties, durability, shrinkage and crack resistance of C60 concrete was studied, and the mechanism of recycled sand was analyzed by XRD. The results show that the addition of 30%~50% recycled sand has little effect on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete, but can effectively improve the chloride ion penetration resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete, and improve the shrinkage and crack resistance of concrete.

摘   要:研究了水胶比、碱当量和粉煤灰漂珠掺量对碱矿渣水泥灌浆料流动度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着水胶比的增加,碱矿渣水泥灌浆料的流动度增大;随着碱当量的增加,碱矿渣水泥灌浆料的流动度和抗压强度均呈先增后减的趋势;粉煤灰漂珠能有效改善碱矿渣水泥灌浆料的流动度,且掺入适量的粉煤灰漂珠,对碱矿渣水泥灌浆料的抗压强度影响不大。总体而言,当水胶比为0.4、砂胶比为1.5、水玻璃模数为1.4、碱当量为8%、粉煤灰漂珠掺量为10%时,碱矿渣水泥灌浆料的各项性能较好,满足相关标准要求。 Abstract: The influence of water-binder ratio, alkali equivalent and fly ash microsphere content on the fluidity and compressive strength of alkali-activated slag cement grouting material was studied. The results show that with the increase of water-binder ratio, the fluidity of alkali-activated slag cement grouting material increases. With the increase of alkali equivalent, the fluidity and compressive strength of the alkali-activated slag cement grouting material increase first and then decrease. The fly ash microsphere can improve the fluidity of alkali-activated slag cement grouting material, and the proper content of fly ash microsphere has little effect on the compressive strength of alkali-activated slag cement grouting material. In general, when the water-binder ratio is 0.4, the sand-cement ratio is 1.5, the water glass modulus is 1.4, the alkali equivalent is 8% and the fly ash microsphere content is 10%, the performance of alkali-activated slag cement grouting material is better, and meets the relevant standard requirements.

摘   要:介绍了电厂炉底渣的性能及其在混凝土中的应用现状。电厂炉底渣的粒径范围与细砂相近,且其密度较低、吸水率较高,化学成分与粉煤灰相近。目前,电厂炉底渣主要应用在以下两个方面:一是取代部分细骨料用于制备混凝土,推荐掺量为10%~50%;二是磨细后用作水泥混合材或混凝土掺合料。通过掺加减水剂、采用活性激发技术等方式可有效缓解电厂炉底渣对混凝土的不利影响。 Abstract: The properties of coal-fired furnace bottom slag and its application status in concrete are introduced. The particle size of coal-fired furnace bottom slag is similar to that of fine sand, and its density is low and the water absorption rate is high, and its chemical composition is similar to that of fly ash. At present, the coal-fired furnace bottom slag is mainly used in the following two aspects: one is to replace part of the fine aggregate with the coal-fired furnace bottom slag to prepare concrete, and the recommended dosage is 10%~50%, the other is to grind the coal-fired furnace bottom slag to be used as cement admixtures or concrete admixtures. The adverse effects of coal-fired furnace bottom slag on concrete can be effectively alleviated by adding water reducing agent and using active excitation technology.
