摘   要:分别以赤铁矿、褐铁矿作为重骨料,并掺入适量铁砂,制备了高性能防辐射混凝土,对比研究了重骨料的类型对防辐射混凝土工作性、力学性能、表观密度、屏蔽性能和耐高温性能的影响。结果表明:掺赤铁矿、褐铁矿防辐射混凝土的工作性、力学性能、表观密度和耐高温性能均满足相关工程要求;赤铁矿防辐射混凝土中H、O元素的等效质量密度不满足工程要求,Fe元素的等效质量密度满足工程要求;褐铁矿防辐射混凝土中H、O、Fe元素的等效质量密度均满足工程要求,屏蔽性能较好。综合考虑各项性能,推荐采用褐铁矿作为防辐射混凝土的重骨料。 Abstract: Taking hematite and limonite as the heavy aggregates, and adding appropriate content of iron sand, the high performance radiation shielding concrete was prepared. The influence of the type of heavy aggregates on the workability, mechanical properties, apparent density, shielding performance and high temperature resistance of radiation shielding concrete was studied. The results show that the workability, mechanical properties, apparent density and high temperature resistance of hematite and limonite radiation shielding concrete meet the relevant engineering requirements. The equivalent mass density of H and O elements in hematite radiation shielding concrete does not meet the engineering requirements, but the equivalent mass density of Fe element meets the engineering requirements. The equivalent mass density of H, O and Fe elements in the limonite radiation shielding concrete meets the engineering requirements, and the shielding performance is good. Considering various properties comprehensively, it is recommended to use limonite as the heavy aggregate of radiation shielding concrete.

摘   要:为了研究NaOH和聚合物乳液复合改性橡胶混凝土的性能,对橡胶颗粒采用浓度为4%的NaOH溶液进行12 h浸泡处理,然后将其等体积取代9.5%的河砂,并掺入不同种类(丁苯乳胶、合成树脂、乳化沥青)和掺量(1%、2%、3%、4%、5%)的聚合物乳液对橡胶混凝土(CRC)进行复合改性,研究了聚合物乳液的种类和掺量对CRC力学、抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:随着聚合物乳液掺量的增加,试件的抗压、抗折强度先增大后减小,其中,2%合成树脂对试件抗压、抗折强度的提高效果最好;对于CRC的抗冻性能,3种聚合物乳液的最佳掺量均为3%,其中,丁苯乳胶、合成树脂对CRC抗冻性能的改善效果相对较好,乳化沥青的改善效果相对较差。 Abstract: In order to study the performance of the NaOH and polymer lotion composite modified crumb rubber concrete, the rubber particles were soaked in NaOH solution with concentration of 4% for 12 hours, and then replaced river sand with equal volume(9.5%) of rubber particles, and the different types (styrene butadiene latex, synthetic resin, emulsified asphalt) and contents (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%) of polymer lotion were added to crumb rubber concrete (CRC). The effects of type and content of polymer lotion on the mechanical properties and frost resistance of CRC were studied. The results show that with the increase of polymer lotion content, the compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimen first increase and then decrease. Among them, 2% synthetic resin has the best effect on improving the compressive strength and flexural strength. For the frost resistance of CRC, the optimal content of all three polymer lotions is 3%. Among them, styrene butadiene latex and synthetic resin have relatively good improvement effects on the frost resistance of CRC, while emulsified asphalt has relatively poor improvement effects.

摘   要:采用石油焦气化渣作为硅质原料制备了蒸压加气混凝土砌块,研究了石油焦气化渣的掺量以及减水剂的类型、掺量和掺入顺序对蒸压加气混凝土砌块干密度和抗压强度的影响,并对掺石油焦气化渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块的生产线应用进行了分析介绍。结果表明:采用石油焦气化渣可制备出强度等级A3.5、密度等级B05或B06的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,且石油焦气化渣的掺量可高达50%;掺入适量减水剂可显著降低掺石油焦气化渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块的水料比,提高干密度和抗压强度;固体减水剂的减水效果比液体减水剂的减水效果好;将固体减水剂与水混合后掺入比直接掺入固体减水剂的效果好。 Abstract: Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks were prepared by using petroleum coke gasification slag as siliceous raw material, and the effects of the content of petroleum coke gasification slag, the type, content and incorporation order of water reducing agent on the dry density and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks were studied. The production line application of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks mixed with petroleum coke gasification slag was analyzed and introduced. The results show that autoclaved aerated concrete blocks with strength grade of A3.5, density grade of B05 or B06 can be prepared by using petroleum coke gasification slag, and the content of petroleum coke gasification slag can be as high as 50%. The water material ratio of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks mixed with petroleum coke gasification slag can be significantly reduced, and the dry density and compressive strength can be improved by adding appropriate content of water reducing agent. The water reducing effect of solid water reducing agent is better than that of liquid water reducing agent. The effect of mixing solid water reducing agent with water is better than that of directly adding solid water reducing agent.

摘   要:基于新建郑州至济南铁路郑州至濮阳段工程中的濮阳特大桥预应力混凝土连续梁桥用高性能混凝土的要求,配制了5种矿物掺合料混凝土,研究了单掺和复掺粉煤灰与矿粉对混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量、线膨胀系数和收缩率的影响,得出了最佳配合比,并建立了反映施工荷载的预应力混凝土连续梁桥有限元模型。结果表明:复掺15%粉煤灰与15%矿粉的混凝土各项性能相对最好;模拟预测和实际监测的竖向累计位移变化趋势大致相同,说明建立的有限元模型的精度较高,可为预应力混凝土连续梁桥的施工技术控制提供参考。 Abstract: Based on the requirements of high performance concrete for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in the Zhengzhou-Puyang section of newly-built Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway, five kinds of mineral admixture concrete were prepared, and the effects of single and compound mixed fly ash and mineral powder on the compressive strength, elastic modulus, linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage rate of concrete were studied, and the optimum mix proportion was obtained. The finite element model of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge reflecting the construction loads was established. The results show that the properties of concrete mixed with 15% fly ash and 15% mineral powder are relatively best. The variation trend of the vertical cumulative displacement predicted by the simulation and the actual monitoring is roughly the same, which indicates that the established finite element model has high accuracy and can provide a reference for the construction technology control of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge.

摘   要:针对某水工混凝土结构实体,对不同部位、不同强度的不带浆层芯样(A类试件)、带自然碳化浆层芯样(B类试件)进行了快速碳化试验,分别建立了A、B类试件在自然碳化环境下的碳化深度预测方程。结果表明:A类试件的早期碳化深度小于B类试件;随着碳化时间的增长,A类试件的碳化深度会超过B类试件;混凝土的抗压强度越大,A、B类试件达到相同碳化深度所需的时间越长;A类试件的碳化速度系数大于0.50,而B类试件的碳化速度系数小于0.50,说明自然碳化浆层能在一定程度上延缓碳化;基于A、B类试件建立的试验室碳化深度预测方程可用于混凝土结构抗碳化性能的合格性判定;基于B类试件建立的自然碳化深度预测方程的精度较高。 Abstract: A rapid carbonation test was conducted on different parts and strengths of concrete structural entities in a certain hydraulic concrete engineering, including core sample without mortar layer (type A specimen) and core sample with natural carbonation mortar layer (types B specimen), and the prediction equations for carbonization depth of type A and type B specimen in natural carbonization environment were established respectively. The results show that the early carbonization depth of type A specimen is lower than that of type B specimen. As the carbonization time increases, the carbonization depth of type A specimen will exceed that of type B specimen. The greater the compressive strength of concrete, the longer it takes for type A and type B specimen to reach the same carbonization depth. The carbonization rate coefficient of type A specimen is greater than 0.50, while the carbonization rate coefficient of type B specimen is less than 0.50, indicating that the natural carbonization mortar layer can delay carbonization to a certain extent. The experimental carbonation depth prediction equations established based on type A and type B specimen can be used for determining the qualification of the carbonation resistance of concrete structure. The accuracy of the natural carbonation depth prediction equation established based on type B specimen is high.

摘   要:针对传统装配式隔墙安装工艺存在施工效率低、安装质量差等缺点,以蒸压轻质加气混凝土墙板施工为背景,提出了一种新型装配式隔墙连接节点构造形式,并介绍了其生产工艺、安装流程和施工控制要点,可为装配式隔墙的快速安装提供参考。 Abstract: Aimed at the shortcomings of low construction efficiency and poor installation quality in traditional prefabricated partition wall installation technology, a new type of prefabricated partition wall connection node is proposed based on the construction of autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete wall panels. Its production process, installation process, and construction control points are introduced, which can provide a reference for the rapid installation of prefabricated partitions walls.

摘   要:为了研究高温对蒸压加气混凝土(AAC)物理力学特性的影响,对不同温度作用后的AAC试件进行了质量损失、纵波波速、单轴抗压强度等性能试验,并结合XRD及SEM测试,分析了温度对AAC成分与微观结构的影响。结果表明:随着温度的增加,高温后AAC试件表面颜色逐渐加深,质量损失不断增加;当温度低于100 ℃时,AAC试件的纵波波速略有增加,当温度高于100 ℃时不断下降;常温至300 ℃作用下,AAC试件的单轴抗压强度不断增大,超过300 ℃后逐渐下降;温度为900 ℃时,AAC试件碎裂,并失去了承载能力;随着温度的增加,AAC的物相成分和微观结构都发生不同程度的变化,由此导致AAC宏观物理力学特性发生相应变化。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of high temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC), the physical and mechanical properties of AAC specimens treated with different temperatures such as mass loss, wave velocity and uniaxial compressive strength were tested. XRD and SEM were used to explore the effects of temperature on the composition and microstructure of AAC. The results show that the surface color of AAC specimens gradually deepens and the mass loss grows with the increase of temperature. The wave velocity increases slightly at the 100 ℃, and decreases continuously when the temperature is above 100 ℃. The uniaxial compressive strength of AAC specimen keeps increasing from room temperature to 300 ℃, and decreases when it exceeds 300 ℃. When the temperature reaches 900 ℃, the AAC specimens crack and lose the bearing capacity. With the increase of temperature, the phase composition and microstructure of AAC change to varying degrees, which leads to the corresponding changes in the macroscopic physical and mechanical properties of AAC.

摘   要:通过给暗柱配置预应力钢绞线,墙身配置普通钢筋的复合配筋方式设计了3面复合配筋预应力钢绞线剪力墙,并设计了1面普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙进行对比。基于Diana有限元分析软件对两种墙体进行了拟静力分析,对比研究了暗柱不同配筋形式及轴压比对剪力墙滞回性能、承载性能、变形性能、刚度退化、耗能能力及裂缝开展的影响。结果表明:与普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙相比,复合配筋预应力钢绞线剪力墙可以有效地提高构件的承载性能,并抑制裂缝的开展;随着轴压比的增大,构件承载力有所提升,但延性显著下降。 Abstract:Three composite reinforcement prestressed strand shear walls and one ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall were designed by the composite reinforcement method of the concealed column configuration prestressed strand and ordinary reinforcement in the wall. Based on Diana finite element analysis software, the simulations of the two types of walls were carried out in a quasi-static test, and the effects of different reinforcement forms and axial compression ratios of the concealed columns on the hysteresis performance, load-bearing performance, deformation performance, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and crack development of the shear walls were comparatively studied. The results show that the composite reinforced prestressed stranded concrete shear walls can effectively improve the load bearing performance and inhibit the crack development compared with the ordinary reinforced concrete shear walls. With the increase of axial compression ratio, the load capacity of the member is increased, but the ductility of the member is significantly decreased.

摘   要:采用海水、海砂分别替代淡水、河砂制备了海水海砂混凝土(SSC),研究了耐碱玻璃纤维(GF)掺量和粉煤灰掺量对SSC抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并基于灰色关联理论建立了双因素影响下的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度预测模型。结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,SSC的7 d抗压强度较高,28 d抗压强度较低;单掺粉煤灰或GF时,随着相应掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度基本先增大后减小;与单掺粉煤灰相比,单掺GF 对SSC抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的提高效果较好;复掺GF与粉煤灰时,当GF、粉煤灰的掺量分别为0.24%、10%时,对SSC抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的提高效果最显著;建立的NSGM(1,3)灰色预测模型的精度较高,SSC 的28 d抗压和劈裂抗拉强度的预测值与试验值的平均相对误差分别仅为2.969%和0.708%。 Abstract: Seawater and sea sand were used to replace fresh water and river sand to prepare seawater sea sand concrete(SSC). The effects of alkali resistant glass fiber(GF) content and fly ash content on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SSC were studied, and the prediction models for compressive strength and splitting tensile strength under the influence of two factors were established based on grey correlation theory. The results show that compared with ordinary concrete, SSC has a higher 7 d compressive strength and a lower 28 d compressive strength. When adding fly ash or GF alone, with the increase of fly ash or GF content, the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the specimen basically increase first and then decrease. Compared with the single addition of fly ash, the single addition of GF has a better effect on improving the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SSC. When GF and fly ash are mixed together, the most significant improvement effect on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SSC is achieved when the content of GF and fly ash is 0.24% and 10% respectively. The established NSGM (1,3) grey prediction model has high accuracy, and the average relative errors between the predicted and experimental values of 28 d compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of SSC are only 2.969% and 0.708% respectively.

摘   要:采用石墨和碳纤维作为导电相材料制备了导电混凝土,研究了导电相材料的掺量和掺入方式、水胶比、养护龄期以及施加电压对导电混凝土导电性能的影响。结果表明:单掺时,随着石墨或碳纤维掺量的增加,试件的电阻率降低,导电性能提高;复掺石墨与碳纤维试件的电阻率比单掺石墨或碳纤维的试件更低,导电性能更好,最佳复掺比例为石墨6%+碳纤维1.0%;试件的电阻率随着水胶比、施加电压的增加而减小,随着养护龄期的增加而增大;与单掺组试件相比,复掺组试件的电阻率受水胶比、施加电压和养护龄期的影响相对较小。 Abstract: Conductive concrete was prepared by using graphite and carbon fiber as conductive phase materials. The effects of the content and incorporation method of conductive phase materials, water-cement ratio, curing time, and applied voltage on the conductivity of conductive concrete were studied. The results show that when single incorporated, with the increase of graphite or carbon fiber content, the resistivity of the specimen decreases and the conductivity improves. The resistivity of the composite incorporated graphite and carbon fiber specimen is lower than that of the single incorporated graphite or carbon fiber specimen, and the conductivity is better, and the optimal composite ratio is graphite of 6% and carbon fiber of 1.0%. The resistivity of the specimen decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio and applied voltage, but increases with the increase of curing time. Compared with single incorporated group specimen, the resistivity of composite incorporated group specimen is relatively less affected by the water-cement ratio, applied voltage and curing time.
