摘  要:基于某高速公路40 m跨线桥工程,从内、外模具设计、UHPC搅拌工艺、振捣工艺、养护工艺等方面介绍了大跨径UHPC预制U形梁的生产工艺关键技术。现场静载试验结果表明,采用该工艺生产的UHPC预制U形梁满足设计使用要求,可为相关桥梁工程用UHPC预制构件的生产提供参考。 Abstract: Based on the 40 m overpass bridge project cross a expressway, the production process key technologies of large-span UHPC prefabricated U-shaped beams from the aspects of internal and external mold design, UHPC mixing process, vibration process, maintenance process, etc. are introduced. The on-site static load test results indicate that the UHPC prefabricated U-shaped beams produced using this process meet the design requirements for use, which can provide a reference for the production of UHPC prefabricated components for related bridge projects.

摘   要:为研究预制桥面板钢板-UHPC湿接缝的抗弯性能,依托红坡桥实际工程,设计了湿接缝底部钢板错开布置和平接布置2个试件,采用桥面板足尺模型进行了抗弯试验,并用ABAQUS软件对车辆荷载作用下的实桥节段进行了有限元分析。结果表明:接缝底部钢板错开布置方案能有效提高预制UHPC桥面板的抗弯承载能力,且能够有效抑制接缝接合面裂缝的发展;在车辆荷载作用下,UHPC预制桥面板的最大拉应力计算值小于模型试验值,相比平接布置,底部钢板错开布置的接缝设计方案更优,能满足实际工程要求。 Abstract: In order to study the flexuarl performance of the prefabricated bridge decks steel-UHPC wet joints, based on the Hongpo Bridge project, two specimens were designed with the steel plates at the bottom of the joint arranged in a staggered and parallel manner, and the full-scale model experiment was carried out. The ABAQUS software was used to analyze the actual bridge segment under vehicle load. The results show that the steel plated at the bottom of the joint arranged in a staggered manner can effectively improve the flexural performance and inhibit the development of cracks on the joint surface. Under the vehicle load, the calculated maximum tensile stress of the UHPC prefabricated bridge decks is less than the model test value, which meets the requirements.

摘   要:为研究内置H型钢再生混凝土钢管柱的抗震性能,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件研究了6根试验柱在低周反复荷载作用下,再生混凝土强度、再生粗骨料取代率和型钢配钢率对其破坏形态、滞回性能、骨架曲线、耗能能力和刚度退化曲线的影响规律。结果表明:试验柱均呈弯曲型破坏,滞回曲线均较为饱满,刚度退化较慢,表现出良好的耗能能力以及抗震性能;试验柱的峰值承载力和耗能能力随再生混凝土强度的提高而提高,随再生粗骨料取代率的提高而降低;随着型钢配钢率的增加,试验柱的承载力和耗能能力均显著提高;各试验柱的位移延性系数均在5.0~6.0,具有良好的弹塑性变形能力。 Abstract: In order to study the seismic performance of recycled concrete steel tubular columns with encased H-shaped steel, six testing column models were designed by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the effects of the recycled concrete strength, replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and steel ratio of section steel on the failure mode, hysteretic performance, skeleton curve, energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation curve were analyzed. The results show that the testing columns all show bending failure, hysteresis curves are full, stiffness degradate slowly,  energy dissipation and seismic performance are good. The peak bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of composite short columns increase with the increase of recycled concrete strength and decrease with the increase of replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate. With the increase of steel ratio of section steel, the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of composite short columns are significantly improved. The displacement ductility coefficients of each testing columns is between 5.0 and 6.0, which has good elastic-plastic deformation capacity.
