摘  要:采用IR、XRD、SEM以及EDS等方法研究了陶瓷抛光砖粉常温与蒸压条件下的反应活性。研究结果表明:抛光砖粉的水泥胶砂强度活性指数为83%,具有较高的反应活性,但其含有一定量的氯离子及较高的需水量,限制了作为水泥混合材的使用。陶瓷抛光砖粉在蒸压条件下具有更高的反应活性,石灰-抛光砖粉蒸压制品生成Ca/Si为1.58的水化产物,且所制备的蒸压制品强度较高。因此陶瓷抛光砖粉作为硅酸盐蒸压制品的主要原料,在新型墙体材料工业可得到大量的应用,不仅可节约资源,减少环境负荷,且对陶瓷工业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。Abstract:HydrationabilityofceramicpolishingbrickpowderundernormaltemperatureandautocalvedconditionisstudiedbyIR,XRD,SEMandEDS.Theresultsindicatethattheactivityindexofcementsandstrengthofpolishingbrickpowderis83%,whichmeansthatpolishingbrickpowderhadhighhydrationability,butthereisthelimitationwhenitisusedascementadmixturebecauseofcontainingchlorideionandhighwaterrequirement.Autoclavedconditionisbeneficialtoinspirehydrationabilityforceramicpolishingbrickpowderandcalcium-ceramicpolishingbrickpowderproductsareconvertedintohydrationproducts,whoseratioofCa/Siis1.58,andthestrengthofautoclavedproductsishigher.Therefore,asceramicpolishingbrickpowdertobethemainmaterialofautoclavedsilicateproducts,itcanbewidelyappliedtonewwallingmaterialsindustry,whichcannotonlysaveresourcesandreducetheenvironmentalloading,butalsohasthegreatsignificanceforsustainabledevelopmentofceramicindustry.

摘  要:探索了用硫铁矿选矿尾砂生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的可行性,得出了尾矿砂生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块的最佳配比和最佳蒸养制度。所制的的尾矿砂蒸压加气混凝土制品平均密度为716kg/m3,平均抗压强度为5.20MPa,符合标准GB/T11968-2006中A5.0、B07级蒸压加气混凝土砌块的要求。Abstract:Thefeasibilityofproducingautoclavedaeratedconcretebrocksusingtailingofpyritesisdiscussed.Theoptimalproportionandtheoptimalautoclavedcuringsystemofautoclavedaeratedconcretebrockswithtailinghavebeenfound.Thepreparedtailingautoclavedaeratedconcreteproductshavetheaveragedensityof716kg/m3andaveragecompressivestrengthof5.20MPa,whichmeettherequirementofA5.0andB07autoclavedaeratedconcretebrocksintheGB/T11968-2006standard.

摘 要:和预应力钢筋混凝土一样,预应力砌体也会发生预应力损失。因此,确定各个阶段的预应力损失值是进行预应力砌体结构设计的基础。通过试验研究了预应力砌块砌体的预应力损失随时间的变化规律,测试了各个阶段以及最终的预应力损失量。结果表明,预应力砌块砌体的预应力损失值不大,且前期发展较快。详细分析了预应力砌块砌体结构中预应力损失的各个组成部分,研究了预应力损失各个组成部分的大小和发展阶段。在此基础上,提出了预应力砌块砌体预应力损失的计算公式和总损失值。 Abstract: There is prestressed loss in prestressed masonry just like prestressed reinforced concrete. Determining prestressed loss value in each phase is the base of structure design of prestressed masonry. The variation law of the prestressed loss of prestressed block and masonry by time is studied through experiment, and the prestressed loss in each and final phase is tested. The results indicate that the prestressed loss value of prestressed block and masonry is small, and it develops quickly in early stage. Each component of prestressed loss in prestressed block and masonry structure is analyzed, and the value and development phase of each component of prestressed loss is researched. On this base, calculation formula of prestressed loss of prestressed block and masonry and total loss value is proposed.

摘 要:通过力法原理对碳纤维布加固混凝土梁的机理进行了探讨,结果表明钢筋混凝土梁在外贴碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土结构时,改善了结构的受力状态,提高了结构的整体刚度和原有结构的承载能力;分析了爆炸荷载作用下钢筋混凝土构件的破坏形态和影响因素,得出了钢筋混凝土梁抗爆加固的措施。 Abstract:The mechanical principle of the strengthened RC beams with CFRPs are discussed by the principle of force method. The results show that sticking CFRPs to strengthen the RC structure can improve the RC structure performance under loading and upgrade the total stiffness and the load-bearing strength of the RC structure. The failure mode and influencing factors of RC beams under blast loading are analyzed. And the antiknock and strengthening methods of RC beams are obtained.

摘 要:研究了水泥基材料裂缝经防水卷材,防水涂料,水泥基渗透结晶处理后的短期、长期防水效果,并对其在冻融循环及干湿交替下的防水耐久性进行了分析比较。试验结果表明,防水卷材适用于迎水面处理裂缝,在冻融循环和干湿循环中容易出现部分或全部脱粘的现象,从而导致防水失效,防水卷材修复裂缝的防水耐久性主要取决于粘结层的耐久性;防水涂料适用于迎水面与背水面的裂缝处理,并且与水泥基材料结合良好,不容易脱落,在冻融循环和干湿循环中也体现出较好的防水耐久性,即使在循环次数增加时,失效也是一个渐变的过程;水泥基渗透结晶型修复材料适用于迎水面与背水面的裂缝处理,经养护后能够很好的起到防水作用,在冻融循环和干湿循环中,体现出了非常好的防水耐久性,其防水能力并未随着循环次数的增加而下降,体现出了永久防水和动态防水的效果。 Abstract: Short and long waterproof effects of cementitious material cracks after dealing with waterproof coiled materials, waterproof coatings and cement-based capillary crystalline are studied, and the waterproof durability under freeze-thaw cycles and alternation of drying and wetting is analyzed and compared. The results show that waterproof coiled materials are suitable for dealing with cracks in water surface , and in freeze-thaw cycles and circulation of wetting and drying, they can easily have part or total debonding phenomena, which make the waterproof failure. Waterproof durability of repairing cracks of waterproof coiled materials depends on the durability of bonding layer. Waterproof coatings are suitable for dealing with cracks in water surface, which combine with cementitious materials well and not break off. Waterproof durability has also good performance in freeze-thaw cycles and circulation of wetting and drying. Even the circles increase, the waterproof failure is a gradual process. Repairing materials of cement-based capillary crystalline are suitable for dealing with cracks in water surface. Through curing process, they can play a good role in waterproof. Under freeze-thaw cycles and circulation of wetting and drying, the repairing materials of cement-based capillary crystalline have very good waterproof durability. While the circles increase, the waterproof capacity has not decreased, and the repairing materials have the performances of permanent waterproof and dynamic waterproof.

摘 要:利用大型通用有限元软件提供的二次开发功能,编制了碳纤维复合材加固钢筋混凝土T形梁的三维设计专用软件。突破了现有的单一截面设计,能以崭新的彩色三维方式展示结构整体的承载能力。该软件除了计算可靠之外,还可提供海量数据,满足实际工程的需要。 Abstract:Using the finite element software ANSYS 10.0 providing the second development, a special three-dimensional design software for T-shape beams of CFRP strengthened reinforced concrete is developed. It is different from the single-section design, and reveals loading capacity of structure with new colour three-dimensional way. Besides the reliable calculation, the software provides mass dates to meet the practical engineering requirements.

摘 要:通过对碳纤维布、玻璃纤维布和复合防水布修补后的混凝土力学性能和耐久性试验,研究了这些修补材料对混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、抗剪强度、抗冲击性、耐磨性、抗冻性、抗渗性的影响规律。试验结果表明,碳纤维布和玻璃纤维布修补后的混凝土抗折强度和冲击韧性高于基准混凝土;玻璃纤维布和复合防水布修补后的混凝土抗剪强度高于基准混凝土;三种修补材料修补后混凝土的耐磨度、抗冻性、抗渗性均优于基准混凝土。 Abstract: Through tests of mechanical properties and durability of repaired concrete by carbon fiber cloth, glass fiber cloth and composite waterproof cloth, the effects of these repairing materials on compressive strength, flexural strength , shear strength, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, frost resistance and permeability resistance of concrete are studied. The results indicate that flexural strength and impact toughness of repaired concrete by carbon fiber cloth and glass fiber cloth is higher than those of the normal concrete; shear strength of repaired concrete by glass fiber cloth and composite waterproof cloth is higher than that of the normal concrete; and abrasion resistance, frost resistance and permeability resistance of repaired concrete by three repairing materials is higher than those of the normal concrete.

摘 要:对碳纤维布约束的钢筋混凝土柱进行了轴压性能试验,研究了混凝土强度、碳纤维布的包裹方式及碳纤维布抗拉强度等因素对约束钢筋混凝土柱的极限承载力及变形等力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着混凝土强度的增加,碳纤维布约束加固效果将会降低,碳纤维布强度对其加固效果的影响也逐渐降低。在混凝土强度较低的情况下,采用高强一级碳纤维布加固效果较好;在相同碳纤维布体积加固率的条件下,采用全包碳纤维布约束混凝土的加固方式比间隔包裹碳纤维布条带效果更好。 Abstract: An axial compression experiment of reinforced concrete columns confined with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheets was tested. The effects of concrete strength, the way of CFRP sheets wrapped and the tensile strength of CFRP on the ultimate bearing capacity and deformation properties of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRP are studied. The results indicate that the increasing concrete strength will reduce the reinforcement effect of CFRP sheets, and the strength effect of CFRP will be gradually reduced too. The reinforcement effect of high-strength CFRP is better in the case of low concrete strength. The reinforcement way of entirely wrap of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRP is better than the reinforcement way of interval wrap under the condition of same volumn reinforcement rate of CFRP sheets.

摘 要:纤维混凝土广泛应用于机场道面的新建与修补,其中的新型合成纤维道面混凝土改善了传统钢纤维道面混凝土自重大、成本高、对机轮磨耗大等缺点。在论述机场道面纤维混凝土材料及其抗冻性问题的基础上,通过快冻法试验,研究了钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维的掺入及掺量对道面混凝土抗冻性的不同影响。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维对道面混凝土抗冻性的改善效果优于钢纤维;聚丙烯纤维对道面混凝土抗冻性的影响存在最佳纤维掺量,掺入1.0%聚丙烯纤维对抗冻性的提高效果最好。 Abstract:Fibre reinforced concrete can be widely used in the construction and repair of airport pavement. New synthetic fibre reinforced pavement concrete improves the shortcomings of traditional steel fibre reinforced pavement concrete, such as great weight, high cost, severe wearing to airplane tires and so on. Based on the discussion of fibre reinforced pavement concretes and its frost resistance of airport pavement, the effects of adding steel fibres and polypropylene fibres into pavement concrete and different fiber dosages on the frost resistance of pavement concrete are researched by fast frost test. The results show that frost resistance of pavement concrete adding polypropylene fibres is better than that adding steel fibres. There is the optimum fibre volume dosage when adding polypropylene fibres into pavement concrete, and adding 1.0% polypropylene fibres can achieve the best improving effect on frost resistance.

摘 要:采用ANSYS软件对玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)约束钢筋混凝土方柱的轴心受压过程进行了数值模拟, 得到了BFRP约束混凝土柱的应力分布和裂纹发展情况,并与试验数据进行了对比分析。结果表明, 选择分离式有限元数值分析模型, 可较好地模拟BFRP 布约束混凝土柱的轴心受压性能。基于模拟结果,本文对BFRP 加固钢筋混凝土方柱轴压破坏过程进行了受力分析,探讨了BFRP 布与混凝土在轴压下相互作用的机理。 Abstract:he process of axial compression of the basalt fiber (BFRP) confined reinforced concrete columns is simulated by using ANSYS software, and the stress distribution and crack development of basalt fiber (BFRP) confined concrete columns are obtained, which are compared and analyzed with the test results. The results show that the discrete model for finite element numerical analysis can simulate the axial loaded behavior of BFRP confined concrete columns. Based on simulation results, the force analysis of the failure process of BFRP confined reinforced concrete square columns is taken and the interaction mechanism between BFRP cloth and concrete under axial compression is discussed.
