摘   要:从压力、温度、含气量、气泡聚并等角度研究了泵送条件下混凝土工作性变差的原因,提出了相应的解决方案。研究结果表明:在有效减水剂不足的情况下,泵压力可促使浆体发生稠化;含气量损失不是混凝土经泵稠化的原因;气泡排液和聚并会使混凝土经泵稀化;在缓释型聚羧酸减水剂掺量较高的情况下,经泵温升可促使浆体发生稀化;通过调整减水剂组分和掺量可有效缓解泵送条件下混凝土流动性变差的问题。 Abstract: The relative influence factors of changes in fluidity of concrete induced by pumping were studied. Some countermeasures were provided by concrete admixture adjustment. The results show that the pumping pressure accelerates the fluidity loss of the fresh paste containing insufficient dosage of superplasticizer. Air content loss is not the influential fator of pumping-thicking. Bubble coalescence promotes pumping-thinning. Temperature-rise can bring pumping-thinning in concrete containing sufficient dosage of superplasticizer with slump retention capacity. The adverse effects of pumping-thinning or pumping-thicking can be avoided by adjustment of concrete pumping agent.

摘   要:利用改造后的击顶式振筛机提供三维扰动,通过线切割内部偏心顶轴,使竖向振幅接近南京长江大桥公路桥桥面的实际振幅;配制C30、C50普通混凝土和掺抗扰动剂的C50混凝土,设计7种扰动制度,研究了各扰动制度对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能(RCM)的影响。研究结果表明:C30混凝土终凝前1 h受扰动,上部试块RCM值增幅最大,增幅为70.4%;C50混凝土终凝时受扰动,上部试块RCM值增幅最大,增幅为95%;该阶段混凝土的可塑性基本消失,受扰动后局部密实度降低,RCM值增大明显。掺入抗扰动剂可以实现混凝土“初期增稠”与“早期增强”,大幅提升普通混凝土的整体抗扰动性能,相比于自身未扰动组,受各扰动制度后RCM值几乎没有降低。 Abstract: Using the modified test-sieving machine to provide three-dimensional disturbance, the vibration amplitudes were close to the actual amplitudes of the road bridge deck of Nanjing Yangtze river bridge by cutting the internal eccentric top shaft. Seven disturbance systems were designed to study the influence on rapid chloride ions migration coefficient (RCM) of C30、C50 ordinary concrete and C50 anti-disturbance concrete. The study results show that when C30 ordinary concrete is disturbed at 1 h before the final setting, the RCM value of upper block increases the most with an increase by 70.4%. When C50 ordinary concrete is disturbed at the final setting, the RCM value of the upper block increases the most, by 95%. At these stage, the plasticity of concrete basically disappears, leading to a decrease in compactness and a significant increase in RCM value. Adding disturbance resistance agent, the concrete can achieve       "initial thickening" and "early strengthening", and improve the overall anti-disturbance performance. The RCM values before and after disturbance are almost the same.

摘   要:回顾了混凝土成熟度理论的发展历程;梳理了国内外混凝土成熟度与混凝土强度之间相关的数学模型,并探讨了各模型的适用范围;最后概述了当前混凝土成熟度理论的应用现状。 Abstract: The development history of concrete maturity theory is reviewed. The mathematical models related to concrete maturity and concrete strength at home and abroad are enumerated, and the applicable scope of each model is discussed. In addition, the current applications of concrete maturity theory are summarized.

摘   要:以40 mm×40 mm×160 mm试件替代10 mm×10 mm×60 mm试件(A法),建立了混凝土抗侵蚀防腐剂抗蚀系数试验方法(B法)。保持养护及腐蚀制度不变,按灰砂比1∶6,流动度(250±5)mm确定了水胶比,使侵蚀溶液浓度提高至15%,分别测试20 ℃侵蚀溶液中和水中90 d砂浆试件的抗压强度,以抗压强度比确定90 d抗蚀系数。结果表明:B法的90 d抗蚀系数与原A法的28 d抗蚀系数结果相吻合,B法是可行的。 Abstract: The corrosion resistance coefficient test method B for environmental corrosion-resistance admixture was established. The traditional 10 mm×10 mm×60 mm specimen (test method A) was replaced by 40 mm×40 mm×160 mm mortar specimen, while the curing and corrosion system remained unchanged, water-cement ratio was determined according to the mortar fluidity of (250±5)mm and the cement-sand ratio was 1∶6. The concentration of corrosion solution was increased to 15%. The compressive strength of mortar in corrosion solution and mortar in water at 20 ℃ for 90 d were tested, respectively. And the corrosion resistance coefficient at 90 d was determined by the compressive strength ratio. The results show that the corrosion resistance coefficient at 90 d of method B is consistent with the corrosion resistance coefficient at 28 d of the original method A. Therefore, test method B is feasible.

摘   要:研究了粉煤灰、矿渣粉的不同掺入方式对高性能混凝土(HPC)抗氯离子渗透性能及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:在相同水胶比条件下,随着矿物掺合料掺量的增加,HPC的抗压强度逐渐降低;掺入适量的矿物掺合料可有效降低HPC的电通量,改善抗氯离子渗透性能;当矿物掺合料掺量为40%,且粉煤灰和矿渣粉质量复掺比例为3∶1时,HPC在28 d与84 d的电通量分别为641.6 C和380.5 C;在水胶比及含气量不变的情况下,随着矿物掺合料掺量的增加,HPC的抗冻性能逐渐变差,而未掺矿物掺合料的HPC抗冻性能最好,抗冻等级为F200。  Abstract: The effect of different mixing methods of fly ash and slag powder on the anti-chloride ion permeability and frost resistance of high performance concrete (HPC) were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of HPC decreases with the increase of mineral admixture when the water-binder ratio and air content are unchanged. The appropriate amount of mineral admixture can effectively reduce the electrical flux of HPC. And the resistance of HPC to chloride ion penetration is improved. When the content of mineral admixture is 40% and m(fly ash)∶m(slag powder) is 3∶1, the electric flux of concrete at the 28 d and 84 d is 641.6 C and 380.5 C respectively. With the addition of mineral admixtures, the frost resistance of concrete gradually deteriorates. The antifreeze performance of HPC without mineral admixture is the best, and the antifreeze grade is F200.

摘   要:通过净浆流动度、流变特性、吸附行为对自研发的减水剂进行了评价,优选出了降黏型超支化聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)。结果表明:同掺量时,超支化PCE-2、PCE-3的流动度大于梳状PCE-1;随着时间的延长,PCE-1流动度逐渐降低,而PCE-2和PCE-3的流动度在60 min内不损失,且略有提升;相同剪切速率下PCE-2和PCE-3的剪切应力和黏度均明显低于PCE-1,PCE-1存在剪切变稠现象,尤其是低水灰比(0.2)时剪切变稠现象更明显;PCE-2和PCE-3的吸附量远高于PCE-1,低水灰比(0.2)时PCE-1的吸附量与PCE-2和PCE-3的差距变小,但PCE-1在20 min后吸附量增长缓慢,明显低于PCE-2和PCE-3。降黏型超支化聚羧酸减水剂在实际工程应用中效果较好。 Abstract: The degree of paste fluidity, rheological behavior, and adsorption performance tests were used to evaluate the dispersion properties of PCE, and a viscosity reducing hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizer was selected. The results show that the fluidity of hyperbranched PCE-2 and PCE-3 is greater than that of comb-like PCE-1 when the dosage is mixed, and the fluidity of PCE-1 decreases gradually with time, while the fluidity of PCE-2 and PCE-3 won′t lose within 60 min and increases slightly. At the same shear rate, the shear stress and viscosity of PCE-2 and PCE-3 are significantly lower than that of PCE-1, and PCE-1 has the phenomenon of shear thickening, especially at a low water-cement ratio(0.2). The adsorption capacity of PCE-2 and PCE-3 is much higher than that of PCE-1, and the difference between the adsorption capacity of PCE-1 and that of PCE-2 and PCE-3 is smaller at low water-cement ratio(0.2), and the adsorption capacity of PCE-1 increases very slowly after 20 min, which is significantly lower than that of PCE-2 and PCE-3. Viscosity reducing hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizer has been successfully applied in actual engineering project.

摘   要:对光合生物诱导沉积、硫酸盐还原菌诱导沉积、氮循环菌诱导沉积等微生物诱导沉积碳酸钙(MICP)机制进行了回顾,分别阐述了不同机制的作用机理,并探讨了不同机制在混凝土裂缝修复中的应用研究进展。此外,还分析了目前MICP修复技术存在的问题和局限性,对未来的进一步研究提出了思路和建议。 Abstract: An overview of the main mechanisms of microbial induced carbonate precipitation(MICP) is offered, such as photosynthetic organism-induced deposition, sulfate-reducing bacteria-induced deposition, and nitrogen cycle bacteria-induced deposition. The latest research on application of different mechanisms in repairing concrete cracks is reviewed respectively. Furthermore, current problems and limitations of MICP technology are analyzed, and insights and suggestions for further research are put forward.
