摘 要:为了计算型钢混凝土叠合梁施工阶段的开裂弯矩、变形和裂缝宽度,完成了6根型钢混凝土叠合梁底部预制构件的静力试验,在试验的基础上重点分析了开裂弯矩、刚度和裂缝宽度公式,并通过参考相关文献,得出计算公式。计算结果表明,用本文公式计算得到的理论值与试验值吻合良好。 Abstract: In order to calculate the cracking moment, deformations and the crack width during the construction phase of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam, static tests are carried out on the bottom prefabricated components of six steel reinforced concrete composite beams. On the basis of the tests, the cracking moment, stiffness and crack width formulas are mainly analyzed. By referring to relevant literature, the formulas are obtained. The results show that the theoretical value calculated by the formulas in this paper are in good agreement with the experimental ones.

摘 要:钢管混凝土梁承载力优化问题一直是工程界比较关心的问题,通过引入强重比的概念,对比分析了钢筋混凝土梁构件和钢管混凝土梁构件的强重比。分析结果表明,强重比越大,构件的承载力和性能就越好。同时利用有限元软件ABAQUS对其承载力进行参数优化分析,通过参数优化分析进一步提高钢管混凝土梁的承载力,以满足实际工程的需要。 Abstract: The optimization of bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular beams has always been concern of the engineering community. The strong weight ratio of the reinforced concrete beams and concrete filled steel tubular beams are comparative analyzed. The results show that the bearing capacity of the beams is increasing with strong weight ratio, and the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the parameter of bearing capacity. Through the parameter optimization analysis, the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tubular beam is further improved to meet the needs of actual engineering.

摘 要:PKG预制底板是直接在2.4~6.0 m跨PK预应力混凝土预制底板的混凝土肋上外包内卷边C型槽钢所得,其特点是工业化预制程度高,预制过程支模简单、有利于成品保护,预制底板及其叠合后的叠合楼板刚度大。由于PK预制底板受力性能均已满足规范要求,外包型钢后,其力学性能有很大富余度。本文研究了PKG板的截面参数,并编制了仅输入板跨和板宽即可进行PKG板迭代设计计算的MATLAB程序,对2.4~6 m跨PKG预制底板考虑最小用钢量时的肋高、预应力钢筋数目等进行了截面优化和规整化设计,利用程序迭代设计计算了6.3~9 m跨的PKG预制底板,最终设计出了截面合理、力学性能优异的既满足规范要求又适合于工业化生产的PKG预制底板;并对PKG叠合楼板的工业化生产与施工进行了介绍,可为PKG预制底板的设计及叠合板的生产、施工提供参考。 Abstract: The PKG precast baseplate is directly to outsource inner edge C channel steel on concrete ribs of the PK prestressed concrete precast baseplate within the span of 2.4~6.0 m, which has such advantage as high degree of industrialized precast, formwork rectification of prefabricated process is simple, and it is advantageous to the finished product protection, stiffness of precast baseplate and composite slab is big. Since the performance of the PK precast baseplate has contented the requirements of the specification, the mechanical properties of the outsourced section steel have a great degree of redundancy. The section parameter of the PKG slab is studied, and the MATLAB program that can be done iterative design and calculation of the PKG slab only inputing span and width of slab has been designed, the costal height, the number of prestressed reinforcement bars and so on of the PKG precast baseplate that has considered the minimum amount of steel have been carried the section optimization and regularization design within the span of 2.4~6.0 m, and the iterative design program was used to calculate the PKG precast baseplate within the span of 6.3~9 m. Finally, the PKG precast baseplate with reasonable section, excellent mechanical properties, contenting the specification requirements and suitable for its industrialized production was designed, and the industrial production and construction of PKG composite slab are briefly introduced, which can provide a reference for the design of the PKG precast baseplate and production construction of the PKG composite slab.

摘 要:在粗骨料(废弃混凝土)取代率为100%的再生混凝土中分别掺加2%、5%和8%的20目、40目和60目橡胶粉,按照相同的水灰比、砂率、强度等级配制了129个胶粉再生混凝土试件进行室内试验。结果表明,抗压强度随橡胶粉掺量的增加及粒径的减小而降低,抗折强度先增加后降低,而抗冲击韧性和抗冻性得到显著改善;再生混凝土中掺加5%的40目橡胶粉其路用性能最优。 Abstract: 2%,5% and 8% of rubber powder with 20mesh,40mesh and 60mesh are respectively added to the recycled concrete with 100% replacement of coarse aggregate,129 recycled concrete specimens are prepared for laboratory tests by the same water-cement ratio, sand rate and strength grade. The results show that the compressive strength decreases with the increase of mixed quantity and the decrease of the particle size rubber powder. The flexural strength increases first and then decreases, and the impact toughness and freezing resistance are improved significantly. The recycled aggregate concrete can reach the best pavement performance when mixed with 40 mesh, 5% rubber powder by comprehensive consideration.

摘 要:根据Weibull统计分布理论推导了钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)的损伤本构模型,基于试验数据得到了SFRC模型参数。利用ANSYS软件在细观上建立钢纤维混凝土立方体试件有限元模型,并对其单轴压受力下的力学性能和破坏状态进行了数值模拟,研究钢纤维长径比对钢纤维混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明,SFRC细观模型能较好的模拟单轴受压下混凝土的静力学性能和损伤破坏。 Abstract: According to Weibull Statistical Distribution Theory, the damage constitutive model of SFRC is derived, and the SFRC model parameters are obtained based on the test data. The finite element model of steel fiber reinforced concrete cube specimen is established by using ANSYS. The mechanical properties and failure state under uniaxial compression stress are numerically simulated to study the effect of aspect ratio of steel fiber on the compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete. The results show that the meso mechanical model of steel fiber reinforced concrete can simulate the static and damage properties of concrete under uniaxial compression.

摘 要:以原料形态为石灰石和卵石的两种机制砂作细骨料,通过配合比设计,研制出了 C60、C80、C100 机制砂高强混凝土,研究了机制砂原料形态以及不同石粉含量(3%、5%、7%、10%)对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,机制砂原料形态对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能和抗压强度影响较为显著;石粉含量对高强机制砂混凝土工作性能影响较大,对强度影响较小;石粉含量小于等于7%时,两种原料形态的高强机制砂混凝土均具有良好的工作性能与力学性能,满足结构设计要求,研究结果可为工程实际应用提供参考。 Abstract: The high-strength manufactured sand concrete with strength grades of C60, C80 and C100 are prepared by using concrete mix design methods. Two forms of raw materials,i.e., pebbles and limestone are adopted. Further, the effect of two key factors associated with raw materials of manufactured sands and contents(3%,5%,7%,10%)of stone powder on workability as well as compressive strength of manufactured sand concrete is investigated. The results show that the raw materials of manufactured sands have significant effects on the workability and compressive strength of high-strength concrete. The contents of stone powder have strong effect on the working performance of high-strength manufactured sand concrete, while small effects on its compressive strength. When the content of stone powder is less than or equal to 7%, the high-strength manufactured sand concrete with two kinds of raw materials has good workability and mechanical properties, and can meet the requirements of structural design. The results can provide reference for practical use.

摘 要:选取碳纤维、石墨为导电相材料制备用于接地工程的导电混凝土,对石墨碳纤维导电混凝土的拌合工艺、配合比和接地特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,当碳纤维掺量0.6%、石墨掺量2%、单位用水量240 kg、砂率32%并采用半干拌法拌合工艺时,导电混凝土具有良好的导电性能和力学性能; 混凝土电阻率随龄期增长趋于稳定,稳定值为1.62 Ω·m 左右,电阻率在-10~60 ℃范围内的变化幅度小于0.52 Ω·m,随环境湿度变化电阻率的变化幅度小于0.28 Ω·m,导电性能稳定; 导电混凝土28 d 抗压强度达到37.3 MPa,抗折强度达到5.0 MPa,满足接地材料的力学性能要求。 Abstract: Carbon fiber and graphite are selected as conductive phase materials to prepare conductive concrete for grounding engineering. The mixing process, mix proportion and grounding characteristics of graphite-carbon fiber conductive concrete are experimentally studied. The results show that, when the carbon fiber content is 0.6%, the graphite content is 2%, the unit water use is 240 kg, the sand rate is 32%, and the semi-dry mixing method is adopted, the conductive concrete has good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. The resistivity of concrete tends to be stable along with the age growth and the stable value is 1.62 Ω·m. The rangeability is less than 0.52 Ω·m when resistivity is between -10 ℃ and 60 ℃. The resistivity variation with environmental humidity change is less than 0.28 Ω·m, and the conductive performance is stable. The compressive strength of 28 d can reach 37.3 MPa and the bending strength of 28 d reaches 5.0 MPa, that can meet the requirement of mechanical properties of the grounding materials.

摘 要:为了研究废弃混凝土与废弃砖块再生骨料在轻交通量公路基层中应用的水泥稳定建筑垃圾骨料配合比方案,通过试验初步确定合乎规范的各材料配比,并开展了击实试验、7 d无侧限抗压强度试验,分析其力学性能,确定最终配合比方案。研究结果表明,在轻交通量公路基层中,建筑垃圾再生骨料的应用是可行的;得出了建筑垃圾再生骨料在公路基层中的配合比;建筑垃圾再生骨料最佳含水量为9.8%~18.4%,最大干密度为1.537~2.050 g/cm3,得到了建筑垃圾骨料在轻交通量公路基层中应用达到强度要求的配合比。 Abstract: In order to study the mixture ratio scheme of waste concrete and waste brick recycled aggregate in light traffic highway base, the proportions of the various materials are preliminarily determined through experiments, and compaction test and 7 d unconfined compressive strength test are carried out. The mechanical properties are analyzed, and the final mix proportion plan is determined. The results show that application of recycled aggregate construction waste is feasible in the light of traffic volume of highway base. Construction waste recycled aggregate with in base of highway is obtained. The optimum moisture content of recycled aggregate is 9.8%~18.4%, the maximum dry density is 1.537~2.050 g/ cm3. The mix ratio of building garbage collection in light traffic road base is obtained.

摘 要:通过试验对硫酸盐侵蚀循环作用下钢纤维粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度进行了研究,分析了钢纤维体积率、粉煤灰掺量和硫酸盐浓度对混凝土强度的影响规律。结果表明,钢纤维粉煤灰混凝土抗压强度随着硫酸盐浓度的增加呈现出了先增大后减小的变化规律,而抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现出了加速减小的趋势;适量掺加的钢纤维和粉煤灰能够有效提高粉煤灰混凝土的强度和抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力,理想的掺量比例为钢纤维体积率1.0%,粉煤灰掺量30%。 Abstract: Compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of steel fiber fly ash concrete under the action of the sulfate erosion cycle are studied through indoor test method. The influence laws of concrete strength with the steel fiber volume ratio, dosage of fly ash and sulfate concentration are analyzed. The results show that the steel fiber concrete compressive strength of fly ash increases first then decreases with the increase of sulfate concentration, while the compressive strength and flexural strength present a decrease trend. The strength and sulfate corrosion resistance of fly ash concrete can be improved effectively by adding a proper amount of steel fiber and fly ash. The ideal dosage proportion is steel fiber volume rate 1.0%, fly ash content 30%.

摘 要:选用不同类型的骨料配制原生混凝土,自行加工破碎成再生骨料,采用快速砂浆棒法研究了不同类型再生骨料的碱活性,并试验研究了再生骨料来源、碱浓度以及水玻璃模数对碱矿渣再生骨料砂浆碱骨料反应膨胀率的影响。结果表明,以火山凝灰岩、火山角砾岩为骨料配制的原生混凝土加工而成的再生骨料可能存在潜在碱骨料反应危害。提高水玻璃模数以及碱浓度会导致碱矿渣再生骨料砂浆碱骨料反应膨胀率的增大。 Abstract: Different types of aggregate are used to prepare concrete and crushed into recycled aggregate. The alkali activity of different types of recycled aggregate is studied by using rapid- mortar bar method. And the effect of the source of recycled aggregate, the concentration of alkali and the modulus of sodium silicate on the alkali-aggregate reaction expansion rate of alkali aggregate mortar with alkali slag regenerated aggregate mortar are studied. The result shows that regenerated aggregates from concrete prepared from volcanic tuff and volcanic breccia may have potential alkali-aggregate reaction hazards. The increase of sodium silicate modulus and alkali concentration will lead to the increase of alkali-aggregate reaction expansion rate of alkali slag regenerated aggregate mortar.
