摘 Abstract:Recycledbrickmasonryaggregateconcrete(RBMAC)ofrecycledbrickmasonryhastheproblemoflargeshrinkageandshrinkagedeformation.Takingthesubstitutionrateofflyash(0,25%,50%)andthevolumereplacementrateofrecycledbrickmasonryaggregate(0,50%,100%)asvariables,theinfluenceofflyashontheshrinkageperformanceofRBMACisstudied,andtheruleispredicted.TheresultsshowthattheadditionofflyashisakindofRBMACtechniquethatcaneffectivelysolvetheshrinkage,mixedwith50%flyashcanmakethedryingshrinkageofRBMACdecreasedbyabout40%,evenlessthanthe8%ofthenaturalaggregateconcretewithoutflyash.Thenitrogenadsorptiontestfurthershowedthatcaneffectivelyrefinetheinnerholestructureofthespecimenandreducetheproportionofthepores,thusinhibitthedryingshrinkageofRBMAC.CombinedwiththeshrinkagemechanismofhighvolumeflyashRBMAC,themodifiedpredictionformulaofthedryingshrinkageoftheRBMACconcretewithflyashisobtained.要:再生砖砌体骨料混凝土(recycledbrickmasonryaggregateconcrete,RBMAC)存在干燥收缩变形大的问题。本文以粉煤灰质量取代率(0、25%、50%)和再生砖砌体骨料体积取代率(0、50%、100%)为变量,研究粉煤灰对RBMAC收缩性能的影响并预测其规律。结果表明,粉煤灰的掺加是一种可以有效解决RBMAC收缩较大问题的技术途径,掺加50%粉煤灰可使RBMAC干燥收缩降低约40%,甚至比未掺加粉煤灰的天然骨料混凝土相比还减小约8%;氮吸附试验进一步说明,粉煤灰的掺加有效细化了试样的内部孔结构,减小了毛细孔的比例,从而一定程度上抑制了RBMAC的干燥收缩;结合大掺量粉煤灰RBMAC的收缩机理,得出了考虑粉煤灰掺量的RBMAC干燥收缩修正预测公式。
